The Space:

This home is a brand new rental and features all new furniture on the interior. It was custom designed on the interior to provide the luxury vacation you deserve. The main level features two king suites designed by our interior design team. Both suites come with smart TV's and full master bathrooms. The main level also features an immaculate, custom designed living space that boast a 65 inch TV and a fireplace. And Connecting to the living space is a beautifully decorated, fully stocked kitchen. Best of all, these rooms are wrapped by tall windows that allow for the surrounding natural beauty to be the dominant effect of this home.



When you exit the main floor, you will find a large veranda wrapped in trees and set towards the mountains. The furniture on the deck is new and targeting your comfort above all else. As you walk to the right of the upstairs deck, you will find a large grill for your family's enjoyment and an exterior staircase that leads to the downstairs portion of the home.



Downstairs, you will find another large exterior living space that has more sitting space and a brand new hot tub for your relaxation. From this deck, you can access another living room through the slide doors that features a 70 inch TV and an X-box for your entertainment. This downstairs portion of the home also features another bedroom with a queen bed, 50 inch TV, and a bathroom off the living space.



What separates this home from the rest is the location and the design. You will be hard pressed to find a home that offers such luxury in the mountains. We hope you'll come, relax, and unwind.

The home does have a camera facing the entrance of the home, and another facing the back deck. The previous home owner used them, but the new owner does not use the cameras. They only left them up to prevent break ins.



Please note that the downstairs bedroom is only accessible via an external staircase.

*The cancellation policy is specific to your booking platform, and includes a processing fee.



After booking, during the verification hub process, guests will be asked to submit their credit card information for validation. At that time, there will be a $2 hold on the card for the validation and fall off the card within 7 days. It is a hold, not a charge, on the card. Then 7 days prior to guest arrival, the full security deposit amount of $300 will be placed on hold and renew every 7 days, until 2 days after the guests stay, at which time it will automatically release unless damage to the home is reported.
