The Space:

Hidden River is a beautifully styled mountain cabin tucked into the trees with seasonal mountain views, luxurious décor, and a peaceful setting that’s just a short hike from the Toccoa River. Located 10–15 minutes from the best of Blue Ridge, Georgia, it’s the ideal cabin for up to 8 guests and 2 dogs, with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and three levels of cozy charm.



On the main floor, enjoy:

A stone gas fireplace (October–April only)

A Smart TV for streaming

Large windows bringing in light and views

Dining space for 6 plus 2 at the island

A full kitchen with:

Stainless steel appliances, Keurig + brew pot

Great location, clean and lots to do

My family and I had a short stay. The cabin has 3 levels and plenty of room to spread out. The pool table was great and we enjoyed the short hike to the river. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely come back.

We had relaxing time at the cabin. The location and amenities were great! The only problem was it needs to be cleaned a little better. The cob webs hanging off the blinds and in the corners of the main floor bedroom were strange. It would be hard to miss when cleaning. Also we were finding 4 or 5 dead wasps in the kitchen every morning so be careful barefoot.

Good Location but needs house needs care

This property is in a great location for shopping and eating out in downtown Blue Ridge, but needs some care. The yard and porches need upkeep and the interior needs a deep cleaning as well as repairs. When we arrived about 15-20 min early we assumed the house was ready since nobody was there, however we soon found the home had not been cleaned after the last group had checked out. After a call to the owner someone we did come to clean about an hour later. She was very nice and apologetic, but of course it took several hours for her to clean. The river area is beautiful, but quite a long walk especially back up hill. We did take our ATV so this was not a problem for us.

Great stay on the river

Property was beautiful - farther from the water than I assumed but the cabin was lovely with great outdoor space. The drive down to the water can be a tad daunting but well worth the trouble. So convenient to town as well!

Great location

This property has a perfect location to town to go shopping or out for meals etc. I will say the walk down to the river and especially pond is not for everyone. Some in our party had to be driven up and down. Bring an iron if you want one. There are 2 ironing boards but no iron. We really enjoyed our stay.

Disappointment

House was nice well made yellow pine. Since the house was sold a few months ago, do not expect the same amenities. There were only 3 drinking glasses had to call for those. The satellite dish did not work until Wednesday. The repairman could not get there sooner. There was no "path" to the river or pond unless you are a hiker! The floors and decks were filthy. We all had brown feet and socks! Spider webs on the kitchen light and all the decks. No paper towels or toilet paper as promised. The bar downstairs did not have a refrigerator but looked like one had been there. Overall, the house needs a good deep cleaning! There is only a couch and love seat in the den for seating. The refridgerator in kitchen does not have an icemaker. No pantry for food. The stairs are very steep. Would not suggest this place for seniors or small children.

Quiet get away

This cabin was great for a quiet get away. My teenager enjoy hanging out by the river and besting me in badminton. My nine year old loved chillin at the pond fishing. The cabin was well stocked with necessities and all I had to bring was clothing and food. I would definitely rent again.

Close to town & river is awesome

Property was as described, river area is great but if you have anyone with mobility issues, you’ll definitely need an ATV to get back up the hill. Great time. Inside was clean, outside had lots if pollen & spider webs, that’s the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Perfect location!

This is a beautiful property in a perfect location. Being from Florida, I was happy that this was an easy road to drive on to get to the property! Beautiful inside and out. Plenty of room in the yard for activities. Nice walk down to the pond or river. Everything you could possibly want is inside the cabin. Plenty of space. Location is fantastic, close to everything. I can't say enough. Looking forward to coming back to Blue Ridge!

Peaceful retreat

The description of the property was spot on. It’s a beautiful cabin and location . It’s close enough to town but secluded enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening and the river during the day. We hope to be able to come back soon!

Spring Break

This cabin in the mountains of Georgia is exactly as described……perfect! 3 floors allowed our family with 2 teenage daughters plenty of space to spread out and relax. Fishing in the pond and hiking down to the river were activities we loved. The property is truly beautiful and the owners are very responsive. We would love to return again in the future.

Wonderful stay in Blue Ridge!

We stayed for a long weekend in Blue Ridge. The cabin is perfect for a family with kids! We enjoyed fishing on the Toccoa River. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay. And it’s close to the town of Blue Ridge. Can’t wait to come back!

As good as it gets

Couldn’t ask for a better vacation spot. So close to downtown but feels so secluded too. Cabin was cozy and clean and the owners thought of every detail! The fishing was great! We would stay here again anytime!

Perfect Vacation for Us

Cabin was clean, beds were very comfortable. Lots of room for the kids to play outside. Felt secluded but neighbors were not far and town is a short drive, so very convenient and safe. I am not usually an early riser but I loved going out to the balcony to watch the colors as the sun came up! Hot tub very clean; cover was easy manage. Felt like they thought of everything. Would stay again!

Everything we anticipated!

My husband and I were looking forward to our stay for months and we were not disappointed. The house was great for our family and the property was amazing! We brought our golf cart and it was perfect for the trip down to the river. The property is centrally located to hiking, the lake and shops, but it also has so much to offer you don’t need to go anywhere else! The owners responded quickly when we contacted them. We really appreciate having such a fabulous place to stay on our family vacation.
