The Cozy Cabin offers a hot tub in a screened in porch nestled right up against the mountainside, firepit outside, a game room loaded with games, an arcade game with hundreds of classic games, foosball, giant Connect 4 and even a karaoke machine to sing the night away with family and friends.

Welcome to the Cozy Cabin, your mountain hideaway in Blue Ridge!  This charming mountain retreat will provide the comfort and entertainment to make cherished memories with family and friends, amidst endless adventures awaiting you, only minutes from your door step.  Tucked into the scenic mountains of Blue Ridge, The Cozy Cabin is your perfect retreat for comfort, adventure, and cherished moments with family and friends. Just minutes from endless activities, this charming getaway blends rustic elegance with modern comforts to make every stay unforgettable.

Step into a spacious living area dressed in warm, rustic charm. A fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook and gather, while a crackling fireplace sets the mood for cozy nights in. Outside, your private screened-in porch perches against the mountainside, where a bubbling hot tub—twinkling beneath bistro lights—melts away the stress of everyday life.

For fun and laughter, the game room is ready for all ages: an arcade loaded with hundreds of vintage classics for up to four players, foosball, darts, giant Connect 4, cornhole for outdoor play, and even a collection of books for those who prefer a quiet escape.

Mornings invite you to the front deck for coffee in the woods with a seasonal mountain view; evenings may call for a glass of wine under a starlit sky. If you’re lucky, deer may wander by at dawn, or fireflies may light the night air. This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin offers:

MAIN FLOOR
• Living room with large Smart TV to stream all your favorite apps!
• Screened in patio with hot tub and propane grill
• Bedroom with two twin XL beds, Tic-Tac-Toe on the wall and a Smart TV (Bug themed room! Perfect for those curious kids, or adults, who love their creepy crawlies and pretty butterflies)
• Bedroom with king bed and Smart TV
• Bathroom with full shower and tub
• Dining Room with a Keurig Coffee bar (variety of K-cups and powdered creamer provided) and a bar setup and high chair.
• Fully loaded kitchen:  This is a southern home so y'all know we don't skimp on the kitchen amenities! 2 full sets of pots and pans, large pots, Instapot pressure cooker, toaster oven with air fry, baking sheets, pizza sheet and cutter, mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons, can opener, wine and bottle opener, ice cream scoop, and all your other kitchen needs.

SECOND FLOOR
• Master Bedroom with super comfy king bed and Smart TV (Pack & Play in closet)
• Master Bathroom with slate tiled shower
• Bedroom with two twin XL bunkbeds with grassy walls and bistro lights to give that camping feel.
• Game Room with living room area and large Smart TV, stocked with a foosball table, retro game console with hundreds of the classics, giant Connect 4, electronic dart board, cornhole to take outside around the firepit and plenty of games for friends and families to play together!
• Private workspace with one monitor for use.

GUEST ACCESS
Front door is equipped with a digital smart lock for easy access.  Unique code provided for a contactless check-in, no keys required.

NOTE TO GUESTS
Remember that you are in someone's home, please treat it with the same respect as your own.
• There are 3 SECURITY CAMERAS outside of the property. Two Ring cameras at the front door pointed to the doorstep and walkway to the cabin, and the third is outside of the side door entrance, pointing to the entryway.

• STRICTLY ENFORCED: NO PETS ALLOWED. Violation of this house rule will require a $250 penalty for deep cleaning fees and penalty will increase in the event of damages.

• NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS over the maximum 8 person accommodation. This is an important rule since the house is on septic tank and can only handle this volume or the system will back up. Cost of fees incurred by neglect, causing septic backup, will passed on to guest.

• All TRASH placed into the bear box must be placed inside trash bags inside the box or $50 penalty will be enforced. Trash services or cleaning services do not pick up loose trash from the bear box and therefore must be placed properly inside trash bags. (Trash pickup days are on Mondays)

Beautiful cabin! This place was so fun to stay at with the hot tub and game room the kids were happy and we got to enjoy the nature. Super close to the drive in (50s style so fun). We hope to come back again soon!
