Enjoy a romantic peaceful escape from the bustle of life at the charming Flamingo Mountain Lodge! Tucked away into the Blue Ridge Mountains you can enjoy high quality time with the people closest to you. Grill out on the decks, snuggle by the fireplaces, and breathe in the fresh mountain air. Complete with a hot tub, you will want to stay forever! Only 15 minutes away from the famous Mercier Orchards, you can enjoy yummy food, sweet treats, fresh produce, and apple cider.

This 4 bedroom 3 bath cabin rental is perfect for families and friends. Hang out on the decks, grill, relax in the hot tub or by the fire pit and soak up the beautiful serenity of being surround by nature.

The main floor features a great room with living, dining, & fully equipped kitchen with a gas burning fireplace; Blackstone gas griddle on deck and dining area for 8. There is a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and 2 full bathrooms on this level. The Coffee maker is a Keurig. We supply some limited pods for your convenience!

On the lower level there is an entertainment area with a game table that seats 4, deck access to the hot tub, a full bathroom, and two bedrooms (one a king bed and the other a queen bed.

Wifi is available as well as smart TV's for you to sign in on your own account streaming accounts.

We had a wonderful girls trip with my mom, aunt and cousin. This cabin was a great retreat allowing us to just relax and catch up. It’s close enough to Blue Ridge for the activities there, but it’s just far enough away to be out of the traffic and tourists. It’s extremely easy to get to and the view is beautiful. The hosts were extremely responsive anytime we had questions. The cabin had everything we needed. There were multiple pillow options, the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and we appreciated the availability of travel size toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc) even though we brought our own. I also can’t stress enough how clean the cabin was! I’ve traveled a lot and this cabin was one of the cleanest I’ve ever experienced. The house was stocked with games and puzzles and we left a puzzle behind for others to enjoy too. I would definitely book this cabin again in the future.

We spent a relaxing four days at “Flamingo Cabin”. We chose this rental primarily because it was one of the few that allowed us to bring our cat - thank you for that! Nice kitchen, comfortable beds, relaxing hot tub and gorgeous views. Great location and easy to find. Reasonable price.Could use more comfortable seating, particularly on the balcony. It was a little ‘dusty’, particularly on the fabric sofa (probably due to accumulated pet dander/hair - the risk that comes with a pet friendly rental I suppose). All in all we had a nice time. It’s a beautiful spot.

Beautiful and Relaxing GetawayThe property is beautiful—quiet, relaxing, and perfect for a family retreat. We stayed with our family of six and had plenty of space to spread out and feel at home. The local area was charming, with fun shops and the swinging bridge adding to the experience. We especially appreciated the board games provided at the house; they made for some great family game nights. The owners were responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We’d definitely stay again for another vacation!

Everything about this cabin was great. Ready-to-go hot tub, great view, beautiful woods, paved street, easy access and parking at the cabin, super clean, two bedrooms below with their own bathroom, master bath and additional bathroom on ground-level floor, and of course dog-friendly. We loved everything about our stay.

Stay at the Oasis

The property owners were very quick and helpful in the couple of questions I had about the property. Cabin was as advertised along with the advertised amenities. I rated everything a five star except for cleanliness I gave a 4. The cabin was great and clean but the fire pit area had beer bottles and trash scattered around it from the previous guests we had to clean up so my kids wouldn’t get into them.

Great Cabin

The cabin was clean and offered a great space for our group. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with two living rooms allowed everyone to spread out. The large back porch was also great for gathering. I only have two recommendations; more comfortable seating in main living room, and maybe a mini fridge or refrigerator in the downstairs area. We enjoyed our stay at the Flamingo Cabin.

We loved it so much, we extended our stay!

OMG! This cabin is IT! Very clean and very well appointed house! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals at home, and the Blackstone grill was used regularly. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the living areas as well, the view is amazing and the fire pit and games were a treat! We didn't use the hot tub, but it looked clean. If you're looking to escape the city noises and cement jungle, look no further! It was so nice sleeping with the windows open for fresh, clean air and hearing the sounds of night birds and wind thru the trees. This is the perfect way to do a nature immersion while still having all the comforts of home. The cabin is easily accessible in a small car, supermarkets are about 15 to 20 minute drive, I recommend Ingles instead of Food Lion as it has a bigger selection and the butcher will cut you a fresh ribeye to your desired thickness!Wifi worked great and I was able to work remotely and have zoom calls with no issues.The owners were very responsive and very sweet and accommodating with any questions or needs we had, we couldn't be happier with our stay and we are definitely planning to come back next year!

Beautiful View

The view was amazing. Very clean cabin. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable. Hot tub wa perfect. Easy to get to - no gravel roads. I was confused a little by the thermometer, bu5 got the hang of it. Fireplaces super easy to use. Loved our stay.
