As you walk through the front door, you’ll experience a “wow” factor. The open floor plan greets you with wood floors, plush seating, 3 fireplaces, 2 living rooms, a large library, multiple game rooms, upstairs hang out room and more.  Every room in this  6,000 square foot home has a spectacular picture-perfect view of the lake and natural forest across the way.

Let the kids sleep in as you enjoy a cup of your favorite hot beverage on either the main deck, the lower deck or dock. Have your camera ready, the sun rising over the mountains is breathtaking!

This house offers enough living space to accommodate your entire group easily. Choose to keep your group together or separate into smaller groups which allows teenage space, adult space and kid space. All 5 floors of the house have high ceilings which feel airy and fresh.

Enjoy an evening in the library / game room, as you cozy up with one of the many books in front of the gas fireplace. Invite family and friends to play shuffleboard, poker or one of the many board games including Parcheesi, Catan, Scabble, cards and more. The library is a big room with comfortable seating for your entire group. There is a round pedestal table to host game night or breakfast with a view.

The main living room has a beautiful gas fireplace, 2 large couches and swivel chairs to take in a movie on the 70’ TV or just hang out. There is a separate seating area for 4 to have a quiet rest or plan your next adventure. The large wood dining room table seats 12 with the ability to add a card table for extra seating for big holiday meals.

The master suite is a big room of comfort with plush carpet, large bathroom, large walk-in closet, king size bed, daybed with trundle, a couch for that nap and 2 quant chairs to enjoy the view of the lake. Access to the laundry room is off the master which also includes a full-size freezer to ensure you never run out of extra ice or ice cream.

All 6 bedrooms provide amazing views of the lake and natural forest across the way. For anyone who truly needs alone time, there is a tower “look out” spot with a comfy leather chair on the 5th floor at the top of the stairs.

For the active person there is a gym with 2 spin bikes, yoga mats, and weight bench with dumb bells. The house is located ½ mile from the Aska trails.

Create amazing memories hanging out with your family and friends in the 6-person jacuzzi, around the large stone fire pit, playing catch on the back lawn, sunbathing on the dock or boating on the lake.

The temperature-controlled game room boasts an 8’ long premium pool table, 2 dart boards and a lounge area. The doors leading outside can be opened to expand your space into the covered carport. 

The best part of the house is the fact that you are lakeside on the beautiful Lake Blue Ridge. Bring your boat or jet skis to the public dock and enjoy all the lake has to offer. Afterwards, simply pull up to your lakeside cabin and tie off the boat or jet skis to your private dock. Your memory filled vacation is calling!
