Step into the main level, where an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room seamlessly extend onto a beautiful private deck with stunning views of Lake Blue Ridge (season dependent). Also on this level, the spacious master suite offers a large bathroom, a walk-in shower, and its own private deck—an inviting retreat to start and end your day.



Upstairs, a cozy loft welcomes you with a couch, twin bunk beds, and bar seating that overlooks the living area and breathtaking mountain scenery. This inviting space is perfect for unwinding, complete with plenty of board games for entertainment. The upstairs bedroom features a spacious en-suite bathroom with a shower, ample closet space, and a private deck, creating a peaceful sanctuary. A conveniently located laundry area completes this level.

- NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the home. A $1,500 fine will be applied for violations.

- NO PARTIES: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed unless pre-approved. Only the number of guests listed at booking are permitted in the house.

- DAMAGES: Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items and agree to pay the retail value for replacements.

- LOCAL GUEST BOOKING POLICY: Local guests must contact the host before booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without the possibility of a refund.

- Kayaks shown in photo are not available for guest use and will be locked.

Pet fee will be added to reservation after booking. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be kept in kennel at all times while left alone in unit.



Check-in Details: Enjoy a smooth, contactless check-in anytime after 4 PM. We recommend arriving between 4–8 PM for the best experience. Late arrivals are welcome, but assistance may be limited. Early check-ins must be pre-approved in writing by management. Please note, editing your check-in time won’t change the standard 4 PM check-in.



After booking, you may be asked to complete a rental agreement or provide additional details for Chady Property Management—just to ensure everything is set for your stay!



Refund Policy: For eligible refunds, a small 3% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
