Altitude Adjustment - Blue Ridge

Come take a time out from what ails you, in the lovely Blue Ridge Mountains.

When you need an attitude adjustment, find yourself at Altitude Adjustment. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beautifully constructed log home comes fully equipped with fresh air and mountain views - just what the doctor ordered! 

Upon entering the front door, you'll be in awe of the architectural details and touches. Mountain Laurel adorns the stairways in this unique and charming mountain escape. No expenses were spared when creating this vacation home. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and stainless appliances with a convection oven. Sizeable flat screen TVs can be found in the Master Bedroom on the upper level, in the Living Room, and in the Lower Level Recreation Room. 

On the entry level, this cabin offers an open floor plan with seating for 4 at the breakfast bar, and 6 at the dining room table. The living room is dressed with plush furnishings, a gas fireplace and a 50" Flat Panel TV. Walk through the living room and out the door to the screened-in porch with an outdoor wood-burning fireplace, where you can enjoy the great outdoors without the elements hindering you! Back inside on the entry level is a King Bedroom with a bathroom across the hall offering a tub/shower combo. Continuing upstairs and through the sitting loft, to find the Master Bedroom - A King bed with a 40" Flat Panel TV and an attached bathroom with a stand-up, stone, tile shower. Here you will also find a baby crib for those quite afternoon needed rests.

Come all the way down to the lower level and find a grand recreation room equipped with all the necessities; comfy furniture, a 70" Flat Panel TV, wet bar, table shuffleboard and a bar table. Perfect lounging material, right? Just outside the door is the lower level deck, where the hot tub is located. Back inside, the lower level offers a 3rd bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (one is a Queen on bottom, twin on top). A bathroom with a tub/shower combo is also found on this level. 

It's clear that whether you are planning a romantic retreat or a weekend getaway with the family, you can find what you are looking for in the Blue Ridge Mountains at Altitude Adjustment.

Great stay

Everything was easy and accurate. The view was spectacular and the accommodations in this property were great. Be sure to have an experienced mountain driver in your group as the drive to the property can be scary. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

My wife, daughters and mother had a great Veterans Day holiday weekend. The weather wasn’t great, but the views were gorgeous and we were able to stay entertained at the cabin the whole weekend. Clean, well equipped and easy to check in.

Everything about the cabin was perfect.

Property was great. The directions with the "first driveway on the right" - not correct, could be a lot clearer. The main issue I had was with the local management company, I received 8 emails, most with threatening language about rules and regulations that went on and on. Also, an email the morning we were supposed to check in that our reservation had been canceled for lack of payment after we had paid in full weeks prior. I'm not sure who they rent to, but I don't appreciate being lectured to like I'm a three year old.

Very Nice

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. First of all, the place was immaculately clean. It was supplied very well in the kitchen and baths also. Only thing - more firewood would have been nice, but we brought some per the instructions and the outside fireplace was amazing. That fireplace really puts out the heat as well.. Views were amazing as well. The huge windows made it so you could stay inside if you wanted to and still get a great view of the mountains. Had a minor key issue upon arrival, but the team was very responsive via texting and cleared it up within minutes. Location was good as we went to McCaysville and Blue Ridge and it is located in between the two towns. Hot tub was great and TV's were huge - although we used them to stream Spotify more than watch TV. Comfy couches and chairs as well. We would highly recommend this cabin and look forward to coming visit again.

Girls trip

Absolutely loved our stay. The house was very close to downtown and in a perfect location. Views were amazing. Gas fireplace I side was great. Would definitely stay again. Only complaint is the oven did not work. I saw a review on that from several months back, but figured it would have been repaired. Called management and left a message….never heard back. That’s the reason for the low star for management. Only other thing that could make it better would be a TV outside on the screened in porch so you could sit outside by the wood burning fireplace and watch TV. Overall, the place was great and would definitely stay again. Looking forward to taking my family back.

Quick friend get away

Perfect space for eight adults. House was immaculate which is the first thing Iook for. We loved the fireplaces. The veiw was beautiful and we wished the hot tub was further out to enjoy the view. The oven wasn't working properly and we called the after hours number but no one ever came to fix it. We also wished there was another heating unit in the basement but the portal heater helped keep that bedroom warm. We really enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous cabin and view

The cabin was gorgeous and very spacious. Everyone had so much room to spread out The cabin had most everything we needed. My suggestions are that a hair dryer be provided, more towels available, and better garbage bags as these were flimsy. The oven did not work and maintenance took most of the day to come check it but then promptly provided us with a counter convection oven to do the trick. The road to the cabin needs repair as I hit numerous large potholes with my small car. I also wish there was only one code to operate the gate, open the door to the cabin, and lock the door. Thank you for an enjoyable stay! We hope to return!

Beautiful Super clean cabin

We were a little hesitant to book with Covid going on but once we got to this cabin we were so relieved. It was so clean, not a speck of dust in site! We absolutely loved our stay here! They even worked with our baby‘S schedule and let us check in early with no issues at all. Also the customer service definitely is 5 stars they were super friendly and picked up with in the first few rings every time! We will be coming back!
