Elevated Escape is a large two-level home with 4 sleeping rooms and 3.5 bathrooms. There are two King suites, one on each level, each with a private ensuite full bathroom, long-range views, HD Smart TVs, and sitting areas. Also on the lower level are two more bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, HD Smart TV, and long-range views, while the other is a cozy room with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom that sits between them. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the lower level game room and a Full sleeper sofa in the lower level King bedroom suite.

This upscale mountain retreat situated on a high-elevation property has uninterrupted long-range, layered mountain top views, as well as winter views of the ski slopes at Appalachian Ski Mountain, less than a quarter-mile downhill walk from the house - or a short 1/2-mile drive to get to the parking area and the lodge at the base of the slopes. Also, downtown Blowing Rock is a short 3-mile drive from the house. The Blue Ridge Parkway is only a mile away. Tweetsie Railroad amusement park and High Gravity Adventures outdoor adventure park are only 4 miles away. The town of Boone, with tons of restaurants, shopping options, a nice 18-hole golf course, a swimming and fitness complex, walking and hiking trails, plus a plethora of other activities, is less than 5 miles away. The level driveway/parking area and the attached garage provide parking for up to 4 vehicles. Level and easy one-step entry into the house makes this a great option for guests with mobility restrictions. The garage also features an Electric Vehicle charging station. Bring the compatible adapter which fits your vehicle. The front yard is also level and fenced-in and includes a charming covered porch with front-door entry into the main floor.

Walk into an expansive great room with vaulted tongue-in-groove ceilings and hardwood floors, a custom log-and-branch handrail, and a wall of glass framing breath-taking high-elevation mountaintop views! A double-sided, floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with gas logs is shared with the master bedroom, a huge HD Smart TV, comfy leather furniture, and a half bathroom. Open and adjacent to the great room is a sizeable banquet-style dining table in front of a wall of view windows. The kitchen, fully outfitted for preparing and serving meals to a full house, has plenty of cabinet and counter space, stainless appliances, and a large island with barstool seating for 4. With the long dining table, which comfortably seats 8, Elevated Escape can dine 12 guests together. Large sliding glass doors in the great room and the dining area lead out onto an open-air, main-level deck with stunning views, outdoor dining and lounging space, and a gas grill.

Also on the main level is the primary master bedroom suite, which boasts a huge bedroom with amazing views, a comfy King bed, large HD Smart TV, a gas log fireplace (open and double-sided, shared with great room), and comfortable seating options. The master suite offers a generous ensuite master bathroom with a dressing area featuring a vanity and make-up station, a laundry closet with a washer and dryer, a large walk-in closet, and the master bathroom itself with a granite vanity and huge custom stone shower.

Downstairs, the den and game room boasts an 8-foot slate pool table, a stone gas log fireplace, wood floors, a high-top bistro table and chairs, a huge HD Smart TV, and a comfy sofa that opens to a Queen sleeper. The warmth of the fireplace complements the gorgeous built-in Mahogany bookshelves flanking the gas logs on both sides. Large eight-foot sliding glass doors lead out to the lower level deck with the hot tub and offer those layered long-range mountain views!

On one side of the lower level game room is a huge King suite with plush carpeting and windows with excellent views. This suite has an HD Smart TV, a big double closet, a comfy sofa that opens to provide yet another Full sleeper, and a private ensuite full bathroom with a granite countertop and a nice shower.

Two more bedrooms are on the other side of the lower-level game room. One is a large bedroom with a Queen bed, an HD Smart TV, a huge view window, and a large closet. The other bedroom is a smaller, cozy room with a Twin bed, HDTV, and a closet. A third full bathroom with a tub and shower combo is beside these two bedrooms.
