- We provide one standard sized residential parking spot ... pls ask us before you book if you are not coming in a standard sized automobile ... large monster type trucks and trailers of any type may not be permitted ... so ask us first!

- High Speed Internet & TV: Work with confidence from this residence! The high speed internet is complimented with a modern smart tv opposed to traditional cable on it are 150 channels and you’re welcome to add apps and login with your own ID.

- This property is one of two vacation rentals in the same building each with its own separate amenities and entrance. This unit is located upstairs, a flight of steps is required. You enter downstairs in a private entrance to the “game room” and go up a full flight of steps to the main living space. We kindly ask that you respect your in building neighbor with respectful voices and noises
