Second floor studio apartment in two story home in the heart of Bloomington. Space is entirely self-sufficient with private entrance. Three blocks from Bryan Park, this peaceful neighborhood of Elm Heights is within short walking distance of downtown and campus. Pets are welcome, but there is a pet fee.
The space
The space i am offering is comfortable, private and full of art (some that i make out of concrete and some by other talented folks) with vintage/modern decor. It is a renovated second story area in a home originally built in 1911 in the historic Elm Heights neighborhood.

It is our home which we love, and hope that you love it as much as us.

Guest access:
Guests have exterior private entrance to the entire second floor unit. There is a nice fenced backyard with a firepit as well.

Other things to note:
Free off-street parking and use of washer and dryer upon request.

Please Note: Pets are welcome, however there is a pet fee of $25/pet/night. Please count each pet as an extra guest when booking.

Security cameras are present on the property. One aimed at the parking area, and one aimed at the steps leading up to the rental unit.
