A modern coastal style and freshly renovated condo located in beautiful Bloomington Indiana less than one mile from Lake Monroe. The second story cozy condo sits on the 18th hole of our gated community. Amenities include a king size bed, queen size bed and Ashley queen sleeper sofa, fast unlimited WiFi internet and a 50" 4K LED TV with Hulu Live. Perfect for football and basketball games, parents weekends and visits to gorgeous Lake Monroe.

Beautiful wooded area, quiet and secluded, about 15 minutes from IU/Bloomington. Great place to stay while visiting the area!

Perfect stay

We were in town to visit our son who attends IU. This property was exactly as listed. It was so clean and the beds were amazing. We enjoyed watching college ball on the big tv and spending time together. We visit Bloomington a lot and if available we will for sure stay here again!!

AMAZING PLACE!

Highly recommend this place. Beds are amazing, so cutely decorated. Property owner had prompt communication and gave the perfect instructions for getting to the property. Amazing time!

Wonderful stay, with great host communication. I booked this property more than 2 years ago for the Eclipse- and it was such a perfect location. Everything was very clean, and we appreciated the extras! Would highly recommend!

One night stay

Needed a spot for the night while visiting our daughter at IU. Really nice stay. Very clean, nicely decorated, beds and pillows we’re comfortable, very quiet. Very affordable compared to getting a hotel Room or rooms in Bloomington for 6 people. Very happy with our stay.

Golf course condo stay.

The condo was lovely. Everything was as described. The host communicated quickly and anticipated what i may ask. The welcome book had all the info. I may need. The scenery was great and there was lots of space to get out and walk. The weather was frigid and i didnt get out much but i hope to return when the weather is warmer.

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Colleen was very helpful and quick to respond. The setting was beautiful in October with great places to walk. The condo was furnished nicely with plenty of towels, kitchen equipment, and even some “goodies” from the host. We hope to return next fall.

Good location for a get-away

This place is surrounded by a golf course and the clubhouse has a nice restaurant. Lake Monroe and hiking trails are nearby. It is 25 minutes to IU and downtown Bloomington or head into Nashville for Fall shopping, about 40 minutes away!

Nice little condo

We enjoyed our quick getaway to lake Monroe. The condo was clean and perfect for our growing family. The kids enjoyed the pool that they were the only ones at and seeing the deer. Loved how close it was to the Fairfax beach. The owner left nice snacks and a bottle of wine for us. We also were glad there were some kid games too!
