Bloomington Indiana Rental- 3BR/2BA Apartment in upper level of duplex

This is a large 3 bedroom on the top floor of a stacked duplex (the lower level is a completely separate unit). Each unit has a private entrance and deck. The fenced yard and fire pit are shared spaces.

You will be surprised at how spacious and comfortable the layout is. There is a large living room as well as a lounge area, dining room and huge kitchen which leads out to a private deck. The master bedroom has its own full bathroom. There is also a full bathroom in the hallway-both bathrooms are newly remodeled. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped and we provide many basics. There is also a laundry area with new washer and dryer. All the bedrooms have remotely operated ceiling fan/lights. Driveway parking on-premises.

Bottled water, coffee and some breakfast pantry items are provided. We want you to feel at home and have tried to anticipate all the comforts and conveniences you may need.

We are minutes from shopping, dining and close to public transportation. Only a few minutes drive to the new IU Health Hospital, Indiana University campus, College Mall, and downtown. We are also close to several large lakes including Mornoe Lake, Lake Lemon and Griffy Lake.

If you have a larger group with friends that want to be together but in separate spaces or would like a separate place for kids and adults we have the perfect solution! You have the option to rent out the entire house with 5 Bedrooms and 3 bathroom for which can accommodate 10 people. Please see our other listings for details and photos.

**Coming in for a game or graduation? We are pleased to offer our guests free parking at Nancy's home which is within walking distance of the stadium-let us know in advance if you will require parking.

We are available during your stay for anything you may need--check in details will be sent to you a day or two before arrival but feel free to contact us earlier if you have any questions.

Cleanliness: We are very conscientious about keeping the space clean and sanitized. We follow VRBO's enhanced cleaning protocol.

Great place close to campus

Clean and roomy. Bright and cozy. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy time visiting your IU student. Only challenge we had was getting the Living Room smart tv to connect to internet. Host was very helpful and actually came over on Friday evening to try and fix it, but something was just not right and we couldn’t get it connected. We were able to connect laptop via HDMI cable, so we could watch games on Saturday. Kuerig coffee maker also wouldn’t make a cup, it was definitely getting warm water but never actually made a cup of coffee. Other than the technology challenges it was a great stay and would highly recommend and will return again if available.

A really nice place to stay

Came for the eclipse. Home very clean, nicely furnished, quiet neighborhood. Host one of the best - access straightforward, everything labelled, clear closing instructions. If you need to be in Bloomington, be sure to stay here!

Perfect IU / Bloomington accommodations!

As a very picky traveler, I am delighted to share a 5+ star review for this property. The owners literally have thought of every detail to make this so comfortable and welcoming, including coffee and tea, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, very comfortable beds and pillows, and many small thoughtful touches. The location is in a quiet neighborhood located conveniently near both IU’s campus as well as the College Mall shopping area. Highly recommend!

Amazing Hospitality

This house is perfect and the hosts are even better. The below apartment is great for extra room when you book them together. The hospitality is great...so many details thought of by the hosts. Great location, clean and spacious. Highly recommend if you are coming to this area. Especially for visiting campus, which is near by.

Couldn't Ask For More!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood, a short drive to IU. We found this home to be perfect. Very clean, with everything you could possibly want and amenities that you hadn't thought of. Brand new and very well stocked kitchen with all you would need to cook meals. The furniture was comfortable and practical. Plenty of sitting areas for all of us. Spacious bedrooms with good closets and dressers. Bathrooms were on the older side, but extremely clean, practical and well stocked with soap, towels and bathrobes (!). Nancy was incredibly welcoming and answered our texts and questions right away. I would definitely recommend this property, thanks for a wonderful stay!

The home owners, Nancy and Athena, we’re fabulous to work with. I highly recommend staying at this home. Our family stayed here and it was well appointed, super clean, and spacious to ensure everyone had plenty of room to enjoy each other’s company, study for classes, rest, etc. Great neighborhood to take a morning stroll before starting the day and easy to park our cars in the driveway. Over the top

By now, we’ve all stayed in a number of properties and understand the differences. These owners are A+++++++. Not only do they have all of the expected requirements covered, they go above and beyond as if they actually love and appreciate those of us who stay in their property. Every detail is anticipated and maxed out down to the minutiae. Trust me…this place and these people are more than any of us deserve. If Btown is in your plans, forget the Graduate and Grant Street Inn. This is what you deserve.

Amazing house in Bloomington!

I first need to say how kind and thoughtful Nancy and Althea are (property managers). They worked with us on dates ensuring that we had a wonderful stay in Bloomington. Althea shared with us events that were happening in B-town when we were there so we were able to take advantage of the town spirit. Any time that we reached out to them, we received an instant response. The house is very clean and stocked with everything you may need for your stay. They even provided us with a bottle of wine when we arrived, snacks and a few breakfast items for the next morning. Each bedroom was had ample pillows, towels for each guest and warm blankets if we needed them. The family room had games to play, an inviting nook to read a book and peaceful areas to kick back and enjoy family time. The back deck was lovely as well to sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee. The house is very close to the IU campus, grocery stores and restaurants. We will definitely be back to enjoy this lovely home. Thank you, Althea and Nancy, for making our stay so amazing!
