Charming summer house near Blokhus town and beach

In a scenic location right next to the forest in Blokhus, this charming summer house welcomes you to a true holiday atmosphere.



The house is well set back and completely private from the road and neighbors. Despite this peaceful location, it’s only a short 10-minute walk to the lively center of Blokhus, where you’ll find shops, cafés, grocery stores, and the stunning Blokhus Beach on the west coast.



Just a few hundred meters from the house, you’ll find the Gateway nature area, which offers mountain biking trails, running and training routes, a large forest playground, picnic areas, fire pits, and more. In winter, cross-country ski tracks are also created.



The house has two floors and accommodates up to 5 people, distributed across 3 cozy bedrooms with 2 double beds (180 x 200 cm) and 1 single bed (90 x 200 cm). One of the bedrooms also features a small foosball table and various toys, including Barbies, toy cars, books, markers, coloring books, and more. All three bedrooms are located on the first floor, where there is also a toilet.



The ground floor includes a bathroom with a shower, a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and a modern heat pump.



Outside, you can enjoy one of the house’s outdoor games on the lawn or relax on one of the terraces, where you’ll find sunshine all day and often see deer and squirrels passing through the property. If the weather is bad, the covered terrace offers a cozy spot to stay dry and warm in any season. Even as darkness falls, it’s a lovely place to sit with a blanket in the glow of candlelight, enjoying the view of the surroundings.



The west- and south-facing terrace is fenced for dogs and has access from the living room and dining area, with a gate that can be opened or closed to the garden.



In the shed, there are two older bicycles available for use, along with a Weber gas grill, a charcoal grill, and various outdoor games. Note: Not for commercial rental.
