70s charm just 300 m from the beach

The summer house is located just south of Blokhus – in a very attractive area with large natural plots. A short walk across the dunes takes you to the beach. Blokhus is both very close and yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The property borders Blokhus Plantation, offering great opportunities for walking and running.



The summer house is a well-maintained retro 1970s home that has always been in the family. The bathroom has been recently renovated, as well as the kitchen appliances, heat pump, and wood-burning stove. Two rooms have been combined into a large master bedroom, in addition to two neat bedrooms. Two of the rooms have double beds, and the third has two wide single beds. The furniture is light and simple.



The covered wooden terrace is perfectly oriented according to the most common wind directions. There is a lawn around the house and an area with a swing set, ideal for play and ball games. Most of the plot is natural terrain, often visited by deer, pheasants, and hares. Note: Not for commercial rental.
