The DN ART ROYALE vacation home, which is easily accessible, is located in the hamlet of Cazzanore di Blevio, just 5 km from Como, and is only 200 meters from the bus stop and 2 km from the boat dock.
Free parking is available just 50 meters from the apartment, which can be reached via the picturesque pedestrian street in the historic 14th-century village.

The fully renovated vacation home is spread over two floors, divided into two independent apartments: On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious bedroom, a beautiful bathroom equipped with a 120x200 Jacuzzi whirlpool tub, and an open-concept area with a full kitchen, dining table, and a sofa bed overlooking the lake.
Going up the stairs, you’ll find the second apartment, which features a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and an open-concept area with a fully equipped kitchen, a table, a fireplace, and a sofa bed overlooking the lake. From here, you can access the balcony and terrace, where you’ll find a spacious relaxation area with a heated hot tub and one of the most beautiful views of all of Lake Como. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Every detail has been carefully designed to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay; the soothing and harmonious furnishings have been crafted from natural materials that evoke the local history and culture, reimagined with a modern twist.

Guests can enjoy the beauty of Lake Como with walks between the lake and the mountains along the ancient Regia Road, visit Bellagio, Varenna, the splendid villas, and historic villages, or admire the scenery on a boat or ferry ride. In just a few minutes, you can reach Como, where you can explore the historic center, enjoy a delicious meal at one of the many restaurants, or have a drink with a view of the lake.
On warmer days, you can relax by the lake at one of the nearby beaches.
