"First time visiting here, even though we only live a shortish distance away. Can't believe we haven't been there before! Such friendly helpful staff. The room was immaculate, quiet and comfy. Breakfast was also delicious. We will definitely return, as we want to try the Spa facilities."

"Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. "Beautifully presented property, perfect for our stay with our son for his graduation. Short walk to the high street and short drive to the racecourse. As stated in another review, a bit more soundproofing would be beneficial as the people above had a baby/toddler, but it didn’t spoil our stay."

"Very lovely place, just how you would picture a countryside cottage to be! Great location. It’s private, tucked away near the entrance of Bourton-on-the-water, away from the crowds that’s visiting the village during the day. We enjoyed the short walk into the center of the village without worry about fighting for parking. It’s a perfect spot to base in the Cotswolds, and convenient to drive around to visit other villages. Highly recommended!"

"This stay at Blackthorn went above and beyond what I needed - some time and space for myself to write. "Loved this cottage! Was beautiful and very comfortable plus in a great location! We were able to walk to town and there was a pub next door if needed. Parking space was amazing to have right in front and the welcome basket was such a nice treat! Highly recommend!"

"I booked this apartment for my family of 4 on the day and because we were so caught up in our trip we forgot to notify the host. We arrived in the evening and despite us not having given them a heads up first, the apartment was sorted and in impeccable state. The bed was extremely comfortable, kitch and bathroom very clean. Very happy with our overnight stay, would highly recommend.l"
