Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads to the main living areas, including a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The first bedroom on this level is a double bedroom furnished with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, complemented by a separate WC and shower. A children's room is also situated on this floor, equipped with 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it an ideal space for younger guests. A third bedroom on this level offers 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A bath and shower room along with a separate WC serve the remaining bathroom needs on this floor. On the upper floor, you will find a bright and inviting living room that opens directly onto a generous terrace of 40 m2, where panoramic views of the sea can be enjoyed in full.
