Adorable Small Cottage with a Private Hot Tub, Queen Bed, Kitchenette, Bathroom, Shower, and Deck. Located in Blanding near Hiking, Ruins, and ATV Trails in the Heart of Southeastern Utah! 14 Parks and Monuments-One Destination!

The Kokopelli Cabin with a Private Hot Tub is a studio cottage with one queen bed and features wood floors and a fully equipped kitchenette. Your stay at the Kokopelli Kabyn will be an intimate experience. A/C, Flat-screen TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, Folding Table & Chairs for inside, Outdoor Table, and BBQ grill outside add to your stay.
The luxury queen bed is ready to welcome you with all linens provided.

Outside you will find a surrounding of trees and grass and a view of the Abajo Mountains. There is a campfire area for enjoying the evenings outdoors and the Cottage is Pet-Friendly.
The best part of all is that it is an easy drive to 14 national and state parks and monuments! Enjoy the great outdoors and stay at the Canyonlands' Kokopelli Kabyn!

Was on a trip to explore Hovenweep, Edge of Cedars, 5 Kiva Ruin, this was the perfect little cabin for my wife and I to rest after a long day's hike. Comfortable cabin with great amenities in a quiet and peaceful area a very short drive from natural and archeological wonders. Great trip, and loved the Kokopelli figures in the decor!

The property is very small, like a tiny house. There wasn't any room for even chair. The cooking area is combined with the bathroom clean-up area and is about the size of a coat closet. The property is however clean and the owner was very nice.

This place needs a deep clean. The shower is awful, stained and rusty. I killed 4 cockroaches in the bathroom. This made me chose not to use the hot tub. I fiqured if theres cockroaches in the cabin who knows about the water in the hot tub. The roaches were moving slow which makes me believe they were recently sprayed. I'm a retired restaurant inspector, so i know what cockroaches look like.

The cabin makes a cozy base for all the outdoor activities near Blanding. The owners were thoughtful and creative in providing comfort in a small space. We were unable to use the deck the evening we were there because of rain; that would have been a nice extension of the space. Preston’s communications with us were very helpful.

This is not a glamorous cabin, but it’s perfect for a single or couple that want to see the beauty of the region and don’t need a lot of space while not hiking or off-roading. Charming!

I was clean and well stocked. A lot of time was spent making an very informative and helpful guest book. Both outside and inside was inviting. We weren't able to get Wi-Fi and the hot tub was leaking so we were afraid to use as guests before us had posted it was not working. Overall, we loved spending our time there. We'll stay they when we visit Blanding again.

Overall, great place to stay when heading out to the many outdoor opportunities in Utahs southeastern corner. The cabin is really small, so probably not adequate for more than a couple. Bed was comfortable too. My only gripe would be the persistent barking dog nearby that others have complained about. It wasn't a deal breaker, just an annoyance. Yes, I know, dogs bark, but some are more accepting of it than others. Understandable that the owners of the property don't have any control of this, but renters should be aware. Despite this issue, I would absolutely recommend staying here

Perfect for our needs. The house is tiny, but cozy and had everything we needed. It is a bit close to the other house, but that was not a problem at all. Nice and quiet at night. We will stay there again.

Perfect little cabin to relax in after exploring Bears Ears. The little cabin has everything we needed and the hot tub was so awesomely clean, with great star gazing views! Would stay here again, so much to see and do in the area!

Perfect small, cozy retreat in a quiet neighborhood. I felt safe. The bed was very comfortable. Fridge big enough for all my stuff, microwave and everything else you might need in the kitchen (cutting board, utensils, etc). The hot tub was a perfect way to end each day. Shower is a little small (and I am 5’2”!), but I had plenty of hot water. This location is a perfect jumping off point to many amazing sites and adventures in the area!

Cute cabin. Loved the hot tub. Comfy sheets linens and towels. Loved having some appliances at our disposal. There was some remnant hairs in the shower stall. And for guests who are traveling like us, the only restaurant open on a Sunday morning before 11:00 am is Subway.

We stayed here for my birthday for the weekend and it was a great time! Blending is a little farther from Moab than we were expecting, but as far as our stay here goes, everything was great. We loved the hot tub and the cozy little house, and it was a great price. Quiet neighborhood, we loved it all!

It is small, therefore Wouldn’t be comfortable for large guests. Also a little difficult for a short person (5’) like myself. A folding step stool would be helpful to reach microwave etc. Weather was bad so we didn’t use hot tub... but probably wouldn’t have used it anyway as it is located right beside the neighbor house & window. Bed too squishy for our liking. Overall clean although could use more attention to detail (microwave needed cleaning, hair in shower). Location is great for outdoor activities and adventures.
