Amazing retreat for a family or couple looking for peace of mind
When you see the published pictures your first thought is that they were photoshopped, they are not at all!
It’s a nice house, only a few miles from Blanco, Tx. This is a very small community at the Hill Country, 20 to 45 minutes from several rivers, lakes, etc. There is a gas station, a supermarket, hardware store, bbq restaurant, gelato store, etc. everything we would need during our 8 night stay.
Everything at the house is top notch, the AC is good even when outside temp is around 105, the bedding is very good quality, the house is fully stocked with toiletries, some snacks, many clean towels, even the first aid kit is complete (we used it actually).
The inside areas are all well illuminated during day and night, the Internet access is good (I had some video calls and we certainly used the WiFi a lot), the deck area has a hot tub, a cowboy pool, gas grill, some furniture, etc.
The owner kept in touch the whole stay, always answering any question we might have.
I wouldn’t complain about anything, the house is better than you can appreciate from the pictures, the owners were wonderful, we really loved our family vacation.
If someone would date to complain is only about the fact that the river is basically nonexistent as there is a severe drought since 2023…
Also, the outdoor areas are filled with mosquitoes and everything God created during summer, we didn’t let it bother us but this house is not for people who doesn’t love to be outdoors because it’s basically a
