But if you are looking for somewhere to throw parties, loud late night events, or boisterous gatherings, do NOT book us... please look elsewhere!

The Bliss Experience is all about family and friends spending quality time and creating memories together. As such, we don’t have TV’s in our bedrooms. But we have them in the loft and living rooms, a giant screen in the movie theatre, and one in the downstairs lounge so you can watch movies, karaoke, or stream your favorite songs while enjoying our indoor amenities!



The chef's kitchen is modern and fully-equipped with stainless-steel appliances, a perfectly stocked coffee station to start your mornings right, and all the kitchen amenities required to entertain at home - plus bar seating for 4 and a table that seats 8.



Gather together and feast at the grand dining table for 12! It's a perfect place to host holidays with friends and family.

Reservations:

The person making the reservation must be present from check-in through check-out. Please note we use dynamic pricing software which automatically adjusts based on the demand happening real-time in the area. That means you may see price fluctuations over time. Please finalize your booking as soon as possible to lock in the price you see.



Pet Policy:

NO PETS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED. Undeclared pets will incur a fine of $500 per pet. Damages made by undeclared pets will incur an additional $500+ charge.



Rules & Regulations:

All guests are subject to the community rules and will be responsible for any fines imposed by the community incurred during their stay, separate from any fines applied by the host. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am. After a 2nd noise complaint guests will be required to vacate the property immediately. No parking on community streets.



Vehicles:

Since all vehicles must be within the driveway and leave a clear path for the garbage company to access the trash enclosure, the size of your vehicles may limit the total you can fit. Typically we can fit about 10-12. Please plan accordingly and reach out with questions. Parking is not allowed on community streets.



The Lake:

Guests may launch kayaks from our private dock. The lake water is constantly tested. From time to time the lake may be unexpectedly closed for the health and protection of residents and guests. The common area including the sandy beach, playground, and giant gazebo with picnic tables across the lake is also available to guests.



House Supplies:

We provide our guests with a weekend’s worth of essentials (20 bath towels, a hand and makeup towel per bathroom, 10 jumbo toilet paper rolls, 2 paper towel rolls, 8 dishwasher pods, 7 laundry pods, 10 kitchen trash bags, no wash cloths, no beach towels). Ahart's Market is just a 3 minute drive if your needs are more than average or you have a longer stay. Please bring your own firewood.



7+ Day Discount:

Please keep in mind that 7+ day stays qualify for a discount. Modifications to shorten your stay to 6 or less days will lose the discount and potentially cause your total cost to be more expensive than a longer stay. Please plan accordingly as we are not able to pro-rate the discount for shorter than 7 day stays.



Liability & Safety:

By booking this property your group accepts all responsibility regarding the lake and agrees to release the Host(s) from any liability. The provided life vests are required when on the dock or kayaks.



We have two security cameras, one overlooking the front parking area and one in the backyard. Both have motion detected light for your safety.



Commercial Use:

Contact us before booking if you're interested in doing commercial photography or filming.
