This two-story, family-friendly getaway is also less than 20 miles from several local attractions, including the Butternut Creek Golf Course, the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forests, and the Lilly Pad Village for a variety of activities, including gem mining, fishing, and miniature golf. Nottely Lake and Blue Ridge Lake are within nine miles of your stay.

Inside this very inviting home, discover vaulted wooden ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and a variety of modern accessories and amenities. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to full-course dinners in the open-concept kitchen. Then, dine indoors at the adjacent table or head outside for the perfect alfresco experience on your furnished deck. After meals, relax in the glow of the gas fireplace in the upper-level living area or head downstairs to the game room, where you can watch TV, play a few board games, or challenge one another to foosball or darts.

This home also includes a private washer/dryer, and central air-conditioning.

Outdoors, relax in the screened sunroom or the lower-level patio, soak your cares away in your hot tub, and then meet around the firepit to roast s'mores and stargaze.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
