**Warm, Welcoming, and Full of Fun**
Since 2004, Kedra has been a guest favorite thanks to its personal touches and thoughtful amenities. The open main level feels like a peaceful mountain lodge with a large fireside living room, dining space for 14, and a well-stocked kitchen made for cooking together. Step out to the wraparound porch for quiet mornings or rocking chair afternoons with a view.

The main-floor primary suite includes a private bath and porch access. Upstairs has two oversized family-friendly bedrooms and a shared bath, plus a workspace with a view. The terrace level features another bedroom, full bath, flex room, and a fun zone with air hockey, and movie space.

**Life at the Lake**
A gentle walk out back leads to a private dock on a quiet cove, ideal for swimming, paddling, and sunset views. There’s a fire pit, canoe, paddleboard, and ping pong in the garage. Lake Nottely is a quiet lake, and Blairsville offers shops, restaurants, and small-town charm—plus Blue Ridge and Hiawassee are just 20 minutes away. Lake Nottely is TVA controlled and lake levels always are lowered in the off-season.

Beautiful quiet cove

The house was perfect for our large family. It’s well stocked and all the beds were comfortable. There’s plenty of things to entertain the younger crowd and a nice wrap around porch with rockers and swings for those who prefer to relax. The house is close to downtown Blairsville and Butternut Creek golf course. Our guys enjoyed playing that course a couple of times during the stay. I’d definitely stay here again. Everyone was very nice to work with.

Simply Wonderful!

We had a fantastic time with our kids and their friends. We fished and canoed on the lake, played games, watched movies, had ping pong tournaments, and had a blast cooking in the awesome kitchen that was large enough for a crowd! The location is close to grocery stores and “town” but out enough to relax. The coolest was the group of 5 deer grazing in someone’s yard we spotted when we first arrived! We recommend! :)

Nice get away!

Overall this is a great place to stay. We enjoyed ourselves and had a relaxing, fun time. There wasn't much communication prior to arrival and when we arrived after dark there were no lights on, so we were a tad unsure if we were at the right place. There was a for sale sign in the yard and that threw us off. This is a house on the lake and there was very little water in it. I wish the listing had advised us that the lake gets drained during the winter. It was still a pleasant view. My husband and I were in the main floor bedroom and the bed was so so. I noticed that it tended to have a drop to each side, indicating it is a pretty used bed. Other than that it was great!

Nice family Thanksgiving get away

I’ve stayed at properties through VRBO in several countries and I’ve never been to one that provided so much STUFF. That’s the best word I could find. We had foil. We had a tea kettle. There was even hot cocoa pods in the cabinet. Everything we thought we needed we were able to find. Even toiletries that may have been forgotten. We went at Thanksgiving so the water was drawn down so dont think you’ll have a lake view at all if you go that time of year. But the inside was very nicely done with tons of space. We had more beds than we even needed. There were a few things I reached out to the owner for and they responded promptly. It’s located in a remote area and very windy path to get across the mountains. But you still had a walmart within 10 min of the house. Great stay for everyone.

Perfect Home for Our Family for the Thanksgiving!

The home was just right for our family! We had our 3-yr old and 6 yr old grandsons and my sister and her family! Kitchen was well stocked! Too cold for lake use (and it was drained) but I am sure this would be a great place for warmer weather! The views are beautiful! Loved the extra "stash" of toiletries in the laundry room! Lots of spices, tin foil and other aids for cooking! We spent a lot of the day hours at my other sister's rental about 30 minutes away but enjoyed our time here too! Would've loved to enjoy the wrap around porches too but it was too cold! Quick response from owner when we were trying to figure out the fireplace! Would definitely stay again!

Very beautiful property with all of the amenities, especially the neighbor that let us use his golf cart to the dock. I will return to this home due to the spacious inside and outside. Very large backyard to have gatherings or play sports.

Beautiful place to stay

This property did not disappoint. The interior of the home was very clean, but the outside sitting areas could use a good washing. The waterfront access along with the private pier and fire pit were awesome. We caught and released fish off off of the pier, as well as went swimming, etc. This is an excellent family getaway. Many other things to do only a short drive away.

Amazing cabin!!!

Great for our family reunion!

Our fourth stay at Kedra was just as nice as our first stay in 2006. Except, this time our kids are grown, married and have children of their own. With 5 bedrooms, 10 beds, a pullout couch and 3 1/2 baths, it was great to be able to host the family. The kitchen is well stocked. Ping pong in the garage and air hockey in the basement. A canoe and paddleboards for the lake. Hiking in the woods. Deer, turkey, birds, and squirrels everywhere. Internet works great. Roku TVs were a nice touch. What else can I say? We had a great 2 weeks with family coming and going.

Return to Kedra

We stayed at this property last year and loved everything about it. Consequently, we had to return this year and it was just as wonderful. The lake is lovely, it sleeps our 12 people-6 adults and 6 under age 11 very comfortably (in fact it could easily sleep several more), and even the little things were provided for. We particularly loved having access to a canoe, paddle boards, and plenty of life jackets. We even rented the next door neighbor's pontoon boat for the day which was great fun for all. Highly, highly recommended!!

Perfect Floorplan and Stay

Great property and location. We had 6 adults and 8 children and plenty of room. There are two family rooms so the kids could enjoy air hockey while watching a movie in the basement with the adults playing cards and enjoying the main family on the ground level. Loved Kedra and would highly recommend it! Also, reserve ths pontoon boat next door as well. The kids loved spending time on the water, the rate on the daily pontoon boat was very reasonable and the owner was great to work with. We will definitely book again.

Great Family Spring Break Getaway

Beautiful, large home with plenty of beds for our large family. Especially loved the huge dining table where we could all enjoy meals together. The ping pong and air hockey tables were a big hit for kids and adults. Kelly was extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

Nice place to stay for multi family gatherings

Our extended family enjoyed our stay at Kedra. The house was clean, warm, and offered plenty of space for our group of ten. The ping pong table was a huge hit! The kids loved exploring the property and the water, even though the lake was low. And the several sitting areas, both inside and out, allowed for kids and adults plenty of space to engage in multiple activities at the same time. Unfortunately we never found pucks for the air hockey table and that was disappointing as we had looked forward to that amenity. Overall would recommend, especially in the warmer months when all the lake amenities are available.
