You have found paradise! This stunning, family friendly lakefront home has it all for your fun, relaxing getaway.
-3 levels with 4 private bedrooms (3 king, 1 queen) and bunk bedroom -4 full bathrooms.
-well stocked kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker ane an 8 cup coffee maker with filters provided.
-Outdoor gas grill with propane provided
- lower level hang out area, foosball, ping pong table and hot tub
-beautiful lake views from either of two back porches that span the entire width of the home.
-Outdoor covered hot tub, fire pit, 4 kayaks and aluminum dock
-A JC tritoon boat is available for rental from mid April to mid September according to lake levels. This rental is through oasis boating and is $100 per day of your stay with no charge for check in/check out day with a $500 security deposit. Boat rental is optional and not required for home rental. If you bring your own boat, the boat launch is only one half mile away.
-deep water cove on Lake Nottely in Blairsville is quiet and convenient to Blairsville, Blue Ridge , Hiawassee or Murphy, NC. Harrah’s Casino in Murphy, NC is only 17 miles away. This house was perfect! The kitchen is fully-stocked. The lake is very easy to get to from the house. The decor is beautiful. The beds are comfortable. The hot tub, fire pit and kayaks are wonderful amenities. Even though the lake was not full, we were able to explore the lake by kayak. It was very quiet. We enjoyed all the games. The host was awesome too. I can't say enough about this gem.

This lakefront house was perfectly arranged for our family of 12 (6 adults and 6 children 3-12 years old). The lake view was very nice and we saw deer in the back yard every day. The hot tub was a big hit! The kitchen was well stocked with nice pots and pans, utensils and plenty of dishes and eating utensils. We cooked all our meals at the house, so having such a good assortment of cookware was fantastic. Best stocked kitchen I have ever had at any rental property! House was clean and bedrooms were large. The area was quiet and peaceful. Located about 15 minutes from a Walmart Supercenter and Ingles grocery made grocery shopping easy! Anita, the host, was top notch with her communication and promptly answered my questions. I would highly recommend this property to others and would definitely stay again.

Immaculate cleanliness, the game room w/ the king bedroom was perfect for my niece and her 2 1/2 yr old son. nicely appointed rooms had space for all of the family with areas for activities to entertain all ages 2 1/2 to 90 yrs old. the immaculately clean tub turned on for our arrival was greatly appreciated.The view of the lake from the hot tub early the next morning was mystical.The air temperature dropped overnight.That change making the water temperature warmer than the air caused steam to rise off the warmer water giving the landscape around the lake, a mystical atmosphere. Steam rising from the hot tub where we were seated mimicked it and added to the mystical feel of the morning.The firepit area was the next to be enjoyed after dressing and strolling around on the shoreline taking photos of the beautiful scenery. We collected the smaller pieces of driftwood on the stroll and used it to start a fire. We gathered around the pit and listened to some music the only one missing was my 90 yr old father who uses a walker in the house but needs a wheelchair for any distance. My bother-in-law and nephew went to fetch my Dad they figured the 2 of them could get his all terrain wheelchair down the left side of house onto the lawn ,no problem. We 3 women were concerned about the steepness said just don't come down tht worked! We were happythat ot bacmmented this home because of a wedding. The size,so whole famiy fit,

Definitely one of the best VRBO rentals I've ever encountered. The home was so well equipped, comfortable and beautiful. We couldn't get over the kitchen gear. From a lemon squeezer to a Nutribullet, they had it. Pots and pans of every size (no scratched teflon here), two kinds of coffeemakers, it was a joy to cook in the kitchen. The home was so peaceful and quiet, yet not too remote. We loved seeing the deer on the lawn at dawn and dusk.The property manager Dave, and owner Anita, could not have been nicer. We had a couple small glitches (to be expected at the end of a busy season) and both were incredibly responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The home is in a great location mid-lake, and the ability to rent the owner's pontoon boat at a very reasonable cost,was a huge bonus. We were so impressed with Lake Nottely, and this home. Thanks to Anita and Dave for a fantastic family vacation!

Beautiful, clean property that was well supplied with everything you need for a vacation at the lake! We had our kids families join us and it was perfect! Spacious, with things for the little ones and games, ping pong, cornhole, hot tub all make for an amazing family vacation! Would stay again for sure!

We had an amazing time at Lake Nottely and at this property. The private cove, kayaks, and convenient on-site boat rental enabled many hours in the water, when we weren't enjoying views of the deer or enjoying the hot tub. The house was extremely comfortable for our group of 12, and the kids enjoyed hours playing ping pong and games. We definitely are interested in coming back!!

Perfect for our family to gather . We bring our boat from Florida and son and his family come from Kentucky. We enjoy the lake with skiing and tube riding. The private dock is close to boat ramp. The house is comfortable with ping pong, kayaks, and kitchen well furnished. The family also enjoys whitewater rafting close by.

What a perfect getaway! We stayed here with multiple families and the layout is very well designed to provide privacy while still keeping very comfortable gathering areas for socializing. The kids loved the gaming area downstairs. The adults loved the well appointed kitchen/grill with a view. We enjoyed the short drive to the town of Blue Ridge and to Blairsville for some good eats & shopping. The star of the show was definitely the lake! If you are looking for nature, adventure & great family bonding, look no further!

Lovely Lake Nottely stay

Very roomy 3 story home. Eleven of us never felt crowed, game room that kept kids busy. The great advantage to this property is the very easy slope of the yard to the boat dock, no steps, making it easy with small children, coolers, floats, etc. You feel like you have your own private cove. Property is very well maintained, great air conditioning. Highly recommend this property. This was our second time staying here.

Perfect place on Nottely!

We were so thrilled with our stay - it was ideal for us. We had 3 couples and three teens, with one adult who is bound to a wheelchair. The layout worked perfectly - we could easily access 2 of the three floors with the wheelchair (we brought a ramp to get into the main floor), parking was AMPLE for all of us, our minivan with a ramp and our boat trailer. The dock is clean and covered for the boat. The cove is quiet and peaceful, the yard is flatter than most. We took advantage of the grill, firepit, and ping pong table. So fun! Comfortable, clean ... a total winner - would like to come back.

This home is such a perfect place. A lovely lakefront, mountainside estate, with all the views, fit-and-finish, toys, and more! It was our first visit to Nottely Lake, and we will definitely be back!

Great spacious cabin

The cabin is large with plenty of space for multiple families. The ping pong and foosball tables were a lot of fun. There was plenty of gathering space for the whole group. Everything was clean and functial.

Perfect Family Getaway!

We had a great time at Lakeside Oasis! It was the perfect place for us to gather with our adult children for Thanksgiving! Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked. The owners have provided everything you need! We fell in love with Lake Nottely and the little town of Blairsville.The kayaks and hot tub were a hit. We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect

We travel frequently and stay at vacation rentals around the country. Normally we find each property has it's positives and negatives. I can honestly say that this property had ZERO negatives. It was one of the cleanest well equipt homes we have stayed in. We had a couple of minor things that came up (mostly operator error) and the host was super responsive. The layout and amenities were great for our family and grand children, I highly recommend this rental.
