The Space:

Welcome to Wishram Retreat! 



Our mountain home is situated on almost an acre of land and is nestled along Fraizer Creek where you can sit on the spacious deck and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the creek and nature.



Our mountain retreat is 2500 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.  The space is the perfect blend of cabin charm and modern amenities, with soaring vaulted ceilings with beautiful picture windows to enjoy the open wooded area surrounding the property.  This home has air conditioning for those warm summer days. Use of our pool is included with your reservation.



Some of the features of this home include:



The kitchen features a new refrigerator and dishwasher.  

A gas Viking range has the capability to please even the most demanding of chefs.  

Dining room table seats 6 comfortably with additional seating for 4 at the large kitchen counter.  

There’s a gas grill on the back deck for all your BBQ needs and a lovely patio table  

Off the kitchen is a laundry room with a full size washer/dryer.

In the great room, relax on two sofas with 4 reclining seats and additional comfy chairs in front of the river rock fireplace.  

There is a 50 inch flatscreen TV with DirecTV streaming service.  There are several apps on this Smart TV so you can use your own log on information to access your favorite shows/movies. (no DVD player)

Besides the great room, kitchen and laundry room on the main level of the home, you will find the master bedroom with a king size bed, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, large closet with dressers.  This room has a sliding glass door leading to the back deck.  Master bathroom has 2 sinks, a soaking tub and a large shower.  

Second bedroom on the main level features a king size bed and full bathroom.

Upstairs is a loft which is a perfect space to relax or read your favorite book.  This area has a queen sofa bed, with beautiful views to the back of the property.  

Also, upstairs you will find the third bedroom with a queen size bed as well as a twin bed, and its own full bathroom.



Home is just minutes away from the tennis/pickleball courts and is centrally located to several golf courses and restaurants!  



**This home has a Keurig coffee maker and a regular coffee maker that uses grounds.



Guest Access:

Reservations include use of our private pool located at 126 Cottonwood Drive. We will text you the code upon arrival



The Neighborhood:

Our neighborhood is close to the charming village of Graeagle, CA Within easy driving or walking distance, you are close to golf courses, restaurants, shops, hiking and biking trails.



Getting Around:

There is no public transit in Plumas County. But our town is quite walkable. Public parking is available free of charge. Remember we ask you not to park on the street but in the driveway or numbered parking for your vacation rental home.



Other Things to Note:

We have a 3 night minimum for holiday reservations. The electronic Rental agreement that we send you must be signed before the door code is given to you.

**Please be aware that we are Vacation Rental management company and we mange homes for owners.



We are open 7 days a week during peak season Mid-May to the end of October. Our hours of operation and when we respond to requests, phone calls and texts is: 7 days a week 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., during peak season (M-F 10-3 during winter season) to answer any questions you may have!
