The condo is an upper unit so there are stairs to get into the property. Once you enter the property on the main level you will find a nice size bedroom with a Queen size bed. Outside the bedroom is a bathroom complete with a shower. There is also a full size washer and dryer. Move forward into the main living area of the condo and you will find a large sectional sofa with a nice size TV. The deck has a view of the bay and is a lovely spot to watch the amazing sunsets. A large spacious kitchen is the perfect size for a larger family gathering. Lite snack or full meal, you will have everything you need. The second bedroom also has a Queen size bed and a set up bunk beds. This bedroom has its own private bathroom as well. Go upstairs and you will find a sofa that makes out into a Queen size bed. There are lots of toys and an additional TV upstairs. You will also find a 1/2 bath with a secret door that takes you into a small room set up to one a fun play area with toys and small beds. This condo is the perfect spot for a two family gathering or the hospitality suite for the girls long weekend or golf trips. As I shared earlier, a unique set up that is tastefully decorated and fun for everyone. While at Jacobs Landing you can enjoy the indoor pool, hot tub, game room, racquetball court or outside tennis court.
