Shops, takeaways and bars were all close by. It was a spur of the moment stay, so lucky to get something at all it was cheaper than anywhere else and was just somewhere to sleep. For what we needed it ticked all the boxes, and would stay again, for 1 or 2 nights only, it's not somewhere I'd spend a week or more.

You couldn’t pay me to stay here again. Food on floor that had apparently just been cleaned,stains on curtains and bedding cigarette ends on floor of a non-smoking hotel room the list could go on avoid at all costs

Just a bed in the room no wardrobe or drawers to unpack your suitcase, so we didn't even spend a night there, a complete waste of money, I wouldn't let my dog stop there. Down stairs in bar area looked dirty ,could do with a good clean, how can I get my money back

The staff were fantastic I cannot fault them at all, they are lovely, friendly and very helpful. The only issues we had were the room was so unclean, dirty, mould everywhere, and the ceiling started to collapse. We came in from a day out to part of the ceiling on the floor so we had to leave a day early.

Clean, cheap and polite

The hotel was lovely to stay in and cheap. The rooms were comfortable with tea/coffee facilities and free view tv. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were polite and really helpful. (Ie telling us about local attractions ). If your a family on a budget this Is the place to go. I'll definitely go again.

The room was not nearly as nice as the photos on the app which must be from some years ago. The room had not been vacuumed but was otherwise clean. There was no hot water in the shower. The staff were friendly and the price was cheap.

For the price I paid it was amazing. Very friendly people behind the desk. I had trouble with the car and they helped out, went extra mile.

Tout était très sale, il y avait de la nourriture, des couverts au sol et des salissures sur les murs et le plafond, la réceptionniste pieds nus, d’après la réservation, nous pouvions arriver à partir de 11 heures, sauf qu’en arrivant elle nous annonce que ce sera 15 heures. En revenant à l’hôtel, on nous dit que nous serons relogés dans un autre hôtel qui leur appartient, ce nouvel hôtel était tout aussi sale, la chambre était insalubre, le lit avait déjà servi sans avoir été changé, il s’agit du Silver Strand Hotel, nous avons dû reprendre un autre hôtel, il n’était pas possible de dormir là. Nous remercions Hotels.com pour l’assistance et la prise en charge dans la résolution du problème !!

Room looks old and dirty and so is the bed frame. The pillows and duvet looks comfy and clean though. Toilet looks dirty and worn out, shower not so clean

This was a hotel of horrors, dirty disgusting dive, honest don’t go, the rooms were appalling and so dirty, no “parking” and our bed was broke, (pleased as I wouldn’t sleep in it anyway) we ended up having to move hotels as no room for us, the toiled rocked, no propped door in bathroom, bunk bed squeaked at every move, worst place I have ever visited

Was ok for a quick night away

Last minute booking. Room very small and tatty looking. TV on the wall but didn’t work. Bed very uncomfy. Room quite dusty round windows. Check in was easy though and the lady was super nice. Good location for what we wanted but wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location. Unfortunately Room 1 was horrible and had a noisy boiler which starts at 6am waking you. Promises to be moved to another room was not fulfilled. Broken tiles on bathroom floor. Unclean shower with evidence of hair from previous occupants and tv did not work. Shops nearby.

The room was not as advertised- the windows didn’t close, it smelt of cannabis and you could feel the bed springs sticking through the bed so was very uncomfortable. There were stains on the bedsheets which looked unwashed. The bathroom had a weird sliding door which there were gaps underneath and didn’t close. The wall paper was peeling, it wasn’t clean as there was mold in the bathroom and bedroom. Very disappointing. I am pregnant and found it hard to stay in the hotel as there were trip hazards of wires on the floor. We could hear every single noise of toilets flushing and the boiler on every day and night. We have tried talking to the manager who never seemed to be in the hotel and have requested a refund which they have ignored. Very unhappy with our stay.
