"On the positive side, the hotel itself is nice — the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The property also offers EV charging, which is a great amenity in theory. However, the biggest issue was the staff and overall attitude, which really affected our experience. We were traveling with a child and were initially placed in a very noisy room. "Area safe, clean, and walkable. The building, an upgraded 70's style hotel, had two enclosed courtyards, (one had a pool). Visitor access to the lobby computer/printer/scanner. Vending machines, snacks sold in lobby, dedicated reading area with calming music. A+ for this category hotel."

"A little gem within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in Mill Valley. We started the day with a full, fresh, and delicious included breakfast. Our room looked out on redwoods and was clean and comfortable. Amenities for the bath were plentiful and of good quality. There is a 24-hour front desk with friendly staff and free parking on the premises. We will definitely stay there again when in Mill Valley."

"Our room had a very fowl odor of something rotten when I went to the front desk to report it and to see if we could get to a different room I was advised that that was not possible and then if I didn’t like it, I could leave and go to a different hotel they did offer a refund. On Expedia it says there is a breakfast and that is a lie. They call it a grab and go which consists of a fruit bar, or small muffin or a package of oatmeal and coffee that’s it."

"Room did not appear to be well cleaned. Hair found in the shower, bathroom sink, and in the bed. The hair in the bed was the most disturbing as it made us suspect of the bedding had even been washed in the first place. "
