"It was a very peaceful spot set back from the road. The car wasn't parked on site but finding a spot on the road was easy and walking up to the cottage was guided with directions very clearly explained with photos by the host. "The cottage by mode were very clean and spacious. However it was cold and uncomfortable in the mornings and evenings. No other form of heating in the lounge i.e a fire Beds uncomfortable because two singles pushed together which easily moved. Fix the heating and the beds and I would give it 5 stars "

"This is one of the best cottages we have ever been to.Situated on a real working farm with dogs, sheep etc. Views across the fields are tremendous and the farm garden is great with outdoor seating.Interior is cosy and clean. Bedrooms are large and bathroom has bath with shower over.There are lots of places to visit a short drive away as well as ample walking routes and quaint pubs.The owners live in the attached farm house and are very welcoming. "We stayed 2 nights here, the hot tub was clean and ready for when we arrived. The bed was very comfy! And everything was clean and tidy. The pod was Warm cosy and very private. The hamper was a cute addition! They provide a book of local things to do and places to eat which was helpful. They are things to do near by like lockdown escape rooms, Liverpool and Southport. Plenty of Ubers around too! We had a lovely few nights away x"
