You will feel close to everything at this Cottage near the Blue Ridge Parkway. Spend the day at Lake Tomahawk, golfing, trying croquet or taking a dip in the community pool. All just 1 minute drive away. Drop into Downtown Black Mtn and eat dinner with the locals. Spend your evenings in the mountains warming up by a fire roasting marshmallows or in the hot tub. Less than 20 minutes to the Biltmore Estates and Downtown Asheville. This enchanting home will be just what you need with the people you love most.

This is a beautiful 2021 home is just two blocks from downtown Black Mountain! We are committed to delivering a 5 star stay to each of our guests. Since this property is brand new we don't have any reviews so we would appreciate you providing a review after your stay.

We want to provide you with an experience to remember! You will never get bored with a TV in every room and the living room as well as a fire pit and corn hole in the yard.

1st Floor:
Living Room with plenty of seating around the fireplace for all to enjoy!
Kitchen that comes fully stocked with two coffee makers and everything you need to enjoy a meal.
Front porch where you can enjoy the sunset or your morning coffee.
Master Bedroom, Private bathroom, king bed, and a walk out deck
Half Bath

2nd Floor:
Spacious bedroom with King bed
Bedroom, four twin beds (trundle beds pull out from under twin beds)
Full bathroom with shower/bathtub


In the large master bedroom setup there is a comfortable desk and office chair for those who need a space to work. We also provide the fastest WiFi in the area to ensure you can steam meetings or videos.

We have a keyless entry for your convenience while staying in this cottage. Upon booking you will receive a key code that will be activated at time of checkin and enables you to lock and unlock the door as needed throughout your stay. It will be deactivated at day of checkout.

Let us know if you’re bringing any fury friends. We just charge $100 per pet for the duration of the stay.

Also, there's a grill onsite. Please bring your own charcoal. And smoking violation is $300.

Weekend Getaway in the Mountains

This cottage was perfect for our long weekend! The cottage itself is stocked with everything you could want for a mountain trip, and the location is perfect for a quick trip to town, Asheville, or even Cherokee. We will definitely book again soon!

Did not enjoy the very small hot tub ( 2-3 people) and the yard is very small (including the very small fire pit area). The property is updated nicely and clean. Good appliances and decent beds. It is a quick drive to downtown. The garbage bin outside was completely stuffed full when we arrived and when I contacted the manager nothing was done, luckily a neighbor was kind enough to let us put our garbage in their bin until garage day. Overall a decent 3 bedroom 2 full bath place for a larger group to stay.

Cozy cottage in the perfect location

This mountain cottage was perfect in every way. The beds were all comfortable. We had anything we needed to prepare meals. We were so close to the town with shopping and restaurants close by. The upkeep too this house is incredible. I have never stayed at a cleaner rental. I hope to return next year! Thank you, Abbie!

Perfect!

Wonderful stay and a perfect house. We gathered in Black Mountain to celebrate birthdays and early Holidays with my husband and adult children. Plenty of room inside to gather and a great porch as well as the hot tub and fire pit. I highly recommend this property. Spacious rooms and large kitchen eating area- a must for any family gathering

Property manager was great let us in early. She messages a lot to check in and make sure everything was okay. But there was no fitted shirt for the pull out couch and only 9 pillows. Overall is was so fun, and so worth it ❤️

Spacious Cottage

After a bit of a hiccup upon arrival, the cottage itself did not disappoint. The host was very helpful and kind. Our only complaint would be that we wished for more comfortable outdoor seating and more of it. A bear did get into the trash 2 nights, but it was worth it. Very exciting to see a black bear so close!!

New and Clean Black Mountain House

We enjoyed this property. New, nice, and clean. Good location - neighborhood has a lake, walking trails, and a golf course. Short drive to Asheville. TVs in every room with Roku. Nice coffee station in the kitchen. Hot tub on site (although we didn't get a chance to use it). We had 6 people stay in this home and were more than comfortable. Abbie was a great host.
