Independent accommodation in a family house ideally located a few steps from the city center (all shops) and the ocean, and just 5 minutes from the lake by car.

The location is perfect for getting around on foot, by bike for an unforgettable stay in the heart of the seaside resort. A bike path passes right at the end of our street (you can hardly get closer without having the nuisance of passage).

You can leave your vehicle in front of the house without fear and go to the waves and not be in traffic jams on the way back from the beaches, or turn around for long minutes in the hope of finding a parking space.

Enjoy the pleasure of looking for your croissants or chocolatines (yes, we are in the South-West!) while breathing in the smell of pine trees, shopping at the market, or strolling in the evening at the night market while enjoying a good waffle.

All these little pleasures that make the happiness of holidays are just a few steps away... or bike tours.

Accommodation:

It is part of our main residence, which was fitted out during renovation work in 2024 to receive travelers.

The entrance is completely independent and not overlooked by our home. We live on site, but on the opposite side, so you won't see us, unless you want to :)

A part of the garden is also reserved for you, with two sunbeds to bask in the sun or not... It too has been reworked during the work and offers a west-facing wooden terrace with the sun in the morning until 2 p.m. (parasol provided) and is immersed in the shade in the evening and thus allows pleasant meals. Various plantings are added to the garden, as well as a charcoal barbecue.PGJyPg�PGJyPgThe kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a convection oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment (for ice creams and ice cubes), a 4-burner ceramic hob, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster (for morning toast), a kettle and all the kitchen utensils just like at home, crockery for 6 people. Cleaning products are provided, as well as a few coffee pods to start the stay without running to the supermarket for the first breakfast.

The living room includes a sofa bed, a television (France television channels sometimes have trouble getting through), a DVD player, a few books, comics, various board games.

In the bedroom you will find a full-length cupboard with wardrobe, a cleaning utensil area (bucket, broom, mop), a robot vacuum cleaner (but it will have to be charged in advance) but also an ironing board and an iron for the most motivated.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a suspended toilet, a washbasin with mirror, a hairdryer and a new washing machine. Towels and bed linen as well as dish towels for the kitchen are provided free of charge for your comfort.


Practical information:
Surf schools, day and night markets, restaurants, local shops, Bisa'aventure (tree climbing), mini-golf, bike rentals... All access is on foot in 5 minutes to the center of Biscarrosse beach and access to the central beach in 5 minutes by bike, allow you to consider a holiday by the ocean without a car!

You are also 3.5 km from the lake with its fine sandy beaches (paying after 10 a.m. and free after 5 p.m.), without any danger for children, 5 km from the 27-hole golf course of Biscarrosse, equestrian center. You are 20 minutes from the Dune du Pyla, and 30 minutes from Arcachon, sea crossing to Cap Ferret, the theme parks of Gujan Mestras (Aqualand, ladybug, kid park)... and Bordeaux 1 hour away.
