It all started a few years earlier, when we fell in love with this region. It was love at first sight for this corner of paradise next to the ocean and the beautiful North Lake. We are also fans of the Dune du Pilat and local traditions.

We chose this hamlet of Biscarrosse because it is easily accessible, while remaining close to amenities. It avoids the traffic jams of Biscarrosse in the summer by going through the small paths, you can easily access the lake, the cycle path and the ocean. A magnificent cypress tree overlooks the superb flat land, ideal for playing ball.

Our building combines authenticity, the charm of the old and all the comforts of our modern society.
The villa has a lot of charm with its woodwork, its stone fireplace, its cladding, its beams. It has 2 entrances and measures 160m² of living space.
You will find on the first floor 2 bedrooms each with a 160m bed. Upstairs, a large bedroom of more than 20m² has a double sofa bed and a single bed, a bedroom of about 15m² with 2 single beds and the last bedroom with a single bed.
On each floor, a bathroom or shower room and a toilet. On the first floor, the toilet is separate from the bathroom.
