The accommodation offers a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances to prepare your meals just like at home. The nearby shops and markets will allow you to enjoy the regional products sold by the producers.
The living room is open to the kitchen, equipped with a TV and WIFI.

Enjoy our three comfortable bedrooms with a 160×200cm double bed and 4 80×200cm single beds that can be pushed together to form 2 double beds 160×200cm to sleep 6 people.

In order to prepare the rooms according to your needs, you will need to tell us the desired configuration before your arrival.

The terrace is a real extension of the living space, where you can take advantage of the garden furniture for outdoor aperitifs. The table and chairs invite you to convivial meals with an electric plancha for your grills.
The presence of 2 sun loungers will allow you to enjoy the sun.

The price includes:
sheets with beds made on arrival, as well as bath towels and towels to be used only in the bathroom.

The garden will be maintained once a week by us, in order to keep the exteriors well maintained, always making sure to fully respect your tranquility and privacy.

Departure instructions:
In order to preserve the quality of the accommodation for the following guests, we ask that you clean it and leave it clean as when you arrived. The fridge and freezer must be empty and cleaned. The bin emptied and clean.
Dishes must be washed and put away.
Bed linen (duvet cover, sheets, and pillows) must be removed and folded and placed in the bathtub.
In case of non-compliance, a cleaning fee of €250 will be applied.
