"Fantastic service and very helpful staff but if you want a good night's sleep make sure your room is away from the front of the hotel. Smokers and other guests meet outside from early morning and are not quiet."

"Fantastic stay at The Grand Hotel Birmingham. Central location and fantastic weather with glorious views on The Cathedral in St. Phillip’s Square. Breakfast was lovely. Service and staff all polite and courteous."

Genting Hotel & Spa at Resorts World Birmingham
"Room was so nice ! and being able to use the spa is always a plus, was a waitlist for the spa but when you get down go it it’s not overcrowded so i don ’t mind that! Harry on reception was very helpful !"
