"Unfortunately the bathroom shower was really bad. Impossible to turn it on and adjust temp without getting soaked outside the tub . Water sprayed the floor and whole shower experience was average . Bed comfy but pillows lumpy ."

"We stayed here as we were attending the British Grand Prix and was catching the shuttle bus to the track from Coventry Station. This hotel was perfect as it was a 2 minute walk. Check in was simple and the receptionist was smiley, friendly and informative. Room was clean, complimentary tea, coffee and soft drinks in the fridge. We will definetly choose this hotel for next years GP."

"The rooms are a bit dated. They need to replace the locks (that use actual keys) and door closers in the removes and hallways. Whenever someone leaves their room there is a loud bang as the door closer closes the door. Then another loud bang if there is a fire door nearby with the same type of door closer.
Please do the following 1] Get rid of the door locks that need keys 2] Find soft door closers for the rooms. If you go to electronic door locks you don't need keys and also you won't need...
