• Living room with a 55 inch smart TV, Hisense soundbar and dining table, plus desk space for 2 with chairs, lamps and sockets.

There are no TVs in the bedrooms, so the living room is the place for evening viewing. For families, this is a calm residential house with a well equipped kitchen, a large dining table and an enclosed back garden with camera recording for peace of mind. Children are welcome, and pets are welcome by written confirmation, maximum 2, at £20 per pet per stay.



Guest Access:

You have the whole house to yourselves, with no shared spaces. Check in yourself using the keypad smart lock, with a backup key lockbox if needed. The driveway fits 2 vehicles, including commercial vans, and there is free on-street parking nearby with no permits required.



The Neighborhood:

Shortridge sits on a residential street in Foleshill, north Coventry. A Morrisons Daily on Foleshill Road and an Asda Superstore in Radford cover day to day shopping, with a Morrisons petrol station on Lockhurst Lane and pharmacies on Lockhurst Lane and Rotherham Road. It's a quiet residential setting, well suited to crews working across the city.



Getting Around:

M6 Junction 3 is about 10 minutes away, giving access north and south. The A444 and A46 are reachable in about 10 to 15 minutes, with the A45 and A4114 giving routes towards the airport and south Coventry. Coventry city centre is about 10 to 15 minutes by car, and Coventry railway station is about 15 to 20 minutes away with regular services to Birmingham and London. Birmingham Airport is about 25 to 30 minutes by car. Local buses run along Foleshill Road into the city centre. The driveway holds 2 vehicles including commercial vans.

Stays of 28 nights or more include a clean every 28 nights, with weekly or fortnightly mid-stay cleans available on request. Pets are welcome by written confirmation, maximum 2, at £20 per pet per stay. Returning bookings qualify for a 10% repeat booking discount.



Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00.



Straight after booking we send a short check-in form so we know who is staying, with card details for the damage deposit on stays of 6 nights or fewer. Access codes are sent once it is complete.



Stays of 6 nights or fewer have a £200 damage deposit. It is held on your card 3 days before check-in (or when you complete the check-in form if you book within 3 days) and released within 5 days of check-out. Stays of 7 nights or more have no deposit.
