Each bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a spacious built-in wardrobe, ensuring ample storage. The living space features a state-of-the-art 42-inch smart TV and high-speed WiFi, perfect for both work and leisure. The kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances and amenities, making meal preparation effortless. Additionally, the property includes a designated parking space, providing added convenience for residents, especially after a busy day of shopping or work. Whether you're unwinding with a Netflix binge on the plush sofa or hosting friends in the sociable open-plan living area, this inviting space is designed to be the perfect retreat—offering a blend of relaxation, entertainment, and inspiration.



Guest Access:

You will receive check-in information 24 hours prior to check-in. It is a self-check in procedure and access is via lockbox. The latest time you will receive support for check in is 9pm on the day or arrival, instructions and information will not be sent out after this time if the requested forms/payment have not been completed.

Broadoaks is located in the heart of Solihull and a stone’s throw from the Touchwood Shopping Centre for all your retail and culinary needs. You’ll find the train station is a 8-minute walk. Enjoy a show or attend a conference at The NEC, only 15 minutes, by car and if you’re after serene surroundings the we suggest a day trip to Malvern and Brueton Park. Just over a mile away, it benefits from a conservation area with tennis courts , a lake, and a playground, so there’s plenty to enjoy with family & friends.



Getting Around:

The development is a 4 minute walk to Solihull Station where you can get a train into Birmingham City Centre within 10 minutes or a train to London in 1 Hour and 30 minutes. Solihull Town is a short 10 minute walk. Due to the location and the parking on site you have array of options to get to any of your destinations

The property was ok, but we had to buy our owm micro wave and pressing iron was brought to us after 2 days.We are generally happy finally despite the heat as there was no air condition or at least a fan in the entire apartment.
