This beautiful apartment has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures, and fittings.
The open plan living area comprises a modern, fully equipped kitchen with all the essential cooking amenities, including a Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine. In addition, it comes with a fridge-freezer, microwave, hob cooker, oven, integrated dishwasher and a washer-dryer machine.
The bedroom features storage space and a comfy bed of Cotton white linen.
The modern bathroom features towels, shaving sockets and complimentary toiletries.
The lounge and master bedroom are equipped with Smart TVs supporting all your favourite streaming services and our high-speed WIFI to keep you.
The Jewellery Quarter is an industry hub, home to more than 100 retailers, diamond dealers, and workshops, as well as the Museum of the Jewellery Quarter, with a preserved 1980s workshop. The area is vibrant and has many Restaurants, Coffee shops, Pubs and Bars for you to enjoy.
You are within walking distance of Birmingham City Centre. A six-minute walk to the train station, car park, local amenities, Tesco Express convenience store, ATM and Pharmacy.
Street parking on Sunday and after 6 pm until 8 am Mon-Sat.

A security deposit of £500 is required.
Before arrival, all guests must provide a photo ID (e.g., driving license or passport).
If you don't provide identification, the booking will be cancelled. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding identification and accessing the property.
Your comfort, health and safety are our top concerns. Therefore, this property has Security cameras on entrances and walkways. Plus, we are working with our cleaners to implement COVID-19 infection prevention and sanitation measures.

• No excessively loud music or noise during your stay
• Not suitable for children and infants

• No smoking in the apartments or courtyard
. Quiet hours are between 23:00 - 00:07
. No shoe on carpet or rugs
• If the apartment is left excessively dirty or requires more than a standard clean, an additional £60 will be charged.
• Damage or soiled linen or Rugs will be charged accordingly.
• Any damage to the apartment or items within the apartment will be deducted from the security deposit. Likewise, any missing items from the apartment will be deducted from the security deposit. The lead guest will be liable for additional costs if the damage caused, or missing items exceeds the security deposit value.
• Smoking inside the building will result in all guests' eviction and no refund for the day or security deposit.
• Exceeding the specified number of guests per apartment is not allowed and will result in all guests' eviction and no refund for the day or security deposit.
• Violation of party's rule or disturbing other guests will result in all guest's eviction and no refund for the day or security deposit
HOUSE RULES!:
1. Lead guest minimum age: 21
2. The Lead, Booker, must accompany all guests under 21 during their stay at the
Apartment.
3. Mandatory: All guests staying must provide ID to the Guest Portal. ID must be
presented at Check-in.
4. A Mandatory Damage Deposit of £200 per Apartment is required.
5. Check-in: After 3:00 PM - 8:30 PM (please confirm arrival time)
6. Only guests who have provided ID in the Guest Portal are permitted to stay
overnight.
7. Exceeding the specified number of guests per Apartment is not allowed and will
result in all guests' eviction. No refund for the reservation or security deposit will
not be returned.
8. Checkout: 11:00 AM
9. Early check-in and Late checkout request - fee of £30, depending on availability.
10. Extra Guest fee of £60

17. Quiet hours are between 23:00 - 07:00 inside your Apartments, inside the
Courtyard and outside the Property. Please respect the neighbouring properties.
18. No Pets
19. No Smoking or Vaping in the Apartments or Courtyard. This will result in all guest
eviction and no refund or security deposit.
20. No dirty shoes on carpets or rugs
21. If the Apartment is left excessively dirty or requires more than a standard cleaning,
an additional £60 will be charged.
22. Damage or soiled linen or rugs will be charged accordingly.
23. PLEASE BE AWARE FAKE TAN AND HEAVY MAKEUP DAMAGE THE LINENS AND
TOWELS, AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.
24. Any damage to the Apartment or items within the Apartment will be deducted from
the security deposit. Any items missing from the Apartment will be deducted from
the security deposit. The lead guest will be liable for additional costs if the damage
caused or missing items exceed the security deposit value.
25. Please note that Apartments decorated by guests (including the use of any type of
confetti) will carry a professional cleaning services charge of £250.00 per Apartment
per stay. Confetti of all kinds are not permitted
26. Violating house rules or disturbing other guests will result in all guests' eviction and
no refund for the reservation or security deposit.
