Highly Recommend!This home exceeded our expectations! The home was spacious, beautifully laid out, and exceptionally clean. The central location also made getting around to all our spots incredibly easy. Kathleen was very responsive to any and all questions I had. Five stars all around!

The house is beautiful with modern amenities; such as the fireplace, heated toilet seat, large bathtub and great lighting. The issues we had were promptly addressed with courtesy (how to light the fireplace and couldn't find the blowdryer). My only complaint would be that the beautiful kitchen was not stocked well for meal prep and the plastic dishes were terrible, a problem easily corrected.

The property itself is beautiful, featuring a spacious layout, a large backyard, and an excellent location in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. While the management team was highly responsive once contacted, the initial preparation of the home fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, we were met with a severe odor from an unemptied, maggot-infested trash bin in the driveway, which took several days to be removed. Inside, we encountered notable cleanliness issues, including stained towels, two living room chairs that required sheets to sit on, and ants on the kitchen counters and utensils. Additionally, the living room TV remote was missing, preventing us from using the television for the first few days. For a week-long stay with five guests, the amenities provided were entirely insufficient, consisting of only three kitchen trash bags and two partial rolls of toilet paper. Although management eventually corrected these issues, these fundamental sanitation and maintenance checks should have been handled prior to our check-in.

The host appeared interested to fix the issues but it was too late. My suggestion is for them to find another cleaning service because the property is nice but the upkeep is not being maintained. I found a cigarette bud inside a non smoking home. A dead fly on the pillow of a bed that my grandchild were going to sleep. The white curtains look stained from dog urinating on them. The trundle mattress filthy the furniture in the sitting area filthy the carpet filthy. We had to go purchase cleaning supplies to clean the areas that we were using since I was there for a surgical procedure. No concessions were offered other than sending the cleaning crew back out that didn’t properly cleaned the first time!
