Quiet hours are 8:00 pm – 8:00 am. No loud music or disruptive behaviour.
Cleaning & Tidiness
Use the cleaning products provided in bathrooms and the kitchen after use.
Remove toiletries from bathrooms; housekeepers will dispose of anything left behind.
Do not leave towels in bathrooms; hang them or place them in your room.
Keep bedrooms reasonably tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges.
Use bins for all rubbish to help keep the home clean.
Keys must be returned to the lockbox at check-out.
Failure to follow house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit.
Follow agreed check-in and check-out times.
