Excellent area, close to shops, people’s are very friendly and the property was very nice and clean in most of the areas. Kitchen has utensils and a lot of appliances it feels like home from home, Overall I would recommend this property and I would come back again.
Very lovely place stay with your family. I recommend this property

Great location, Approx 10 mins walk to Broad Street and 20 mins to The Bull Ring. 2 comfy bedrooms. 1 ensuite. Kitchen well equipped. Will not hesitate booking again. Parking 2mins away and very reasonably priced.Great communication and so helpful.

On this app my phone only asks me to rate the overall experience, and I would have rated the other questions but the text didn't show so I didn't input what I was rating.The owner was very helpful meeting me at the accommodation with the keys after a long journey and showing me around the apartment. He also advised me that the washing machine had flooded previously and that's why the floorboards were broken and loose infront of the laundry cupboard. I believe from reading the other reviews that this episode may have been a while ago. The location was excellent to get to the main Library and supermarket. It was great to be able to use the washing machine/dryer.The kitchen was ok to use but the sink was missing the sink plug so I used the bath plug instead and advised owner at the end of my stay. The shower was wonderful however the smell of mold was so strong it permeated into the bedroom and after one night I had to move to the other bedroom. The mattresses I suspect were the box springs one with no padding at all, so I used the duvet from the other bed to make the guest bed more comfortable. I suggested to the owner to get mold killing spray and also padded mattress protectors, and advised him there were stains on the one flat mattress protector and on the duvet as well as mattress. The heating keeps the apartment warm but too hot for me at night so i kept the windows open at night.

The host was communicative, but the pick up process was confusing. The distances from New Street Station were farther just because of the triangle to get the key then go back another .6 mile to the apartment.The apartment had zero instructions on connecting to the internet or other amenities, again had to connect with the host to get details.The cleanliness was not great. Many of the pots, pans, and dishes needed to be washed. The floor was sticky and I ended up mopping it myself. It seemed based on how dirty the water got that it had not been mopped in a long while. The oven was so dirty when trying to use it smoke filled the room.There was no soap for the dishes, or bathroom sinks. The dispensers were just filled with water.The apartment also has a major water problem that has black mold growing in the bedroom and kitchen cubby where the laundry is.
