4/10, Deficient

Què li ha agradat: Entrada, comunicació i ubicació
Què no li ha agradat: Precisió de l’anunci
We primarily used the property as a place to sleep during our stay because it was the closest available rental to Hoover, AL, where short-term rentals like VRBOs are not permitted. The host's communication was prompt throughout the process; however, the condition of the property did not meet our expectations. There was an overwhelming scent of air freshener that we found unpleasant, and the HVAC system consistently displayed an indoor humidity level of 81%, which contributed to discomfort during our stay.Additionally, the towels, linens, and mattresses appeared worn and in need of replacement. The mattress in the smaller bedroom had a noticeable indentation from prolonged use, which affected sleeping comfort. The furnishings and decor appeared dated and mismatched. While we appreciated the host's responsiveness, the overall condition of the property would prevent us from choosing to stay there again in the future.
