Gentry Pines: Huge backyard ~ Loaded Game Room

Welcome to Gentry Pines!
This insanely adorable home is situated on a 3 acre lot just minutes from downtown. From one of the cool indoor swings, gaze out into the gorgeous backyard as the neighborhood deer wander by. If those things don't strike your fancy, indulge in the large rec room full of games and tvs.
We are super excited to offer add-on packages through Boho Bus Events (see photos)-great for a special date night or small dinner party.

Gentry Pines is a 4 bedroom/ 2 1/2 bath home. The master has a gorgeous king bed and an attached bathroom. The middle bedroom has a queen bed and is across the hall from a full bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a double queen bunkbed and bedroom #4 has 2 full size beds and an attached half bath. The large sectional sofa can sleep 1-2 people and there are 2 inflatable deluxe queen mattresses provided as well.

The driveway can easily accommodate 4-5 cars. Street parking is not allowed.

I live 15 minutes away and am available if needed.

-2 minutes from the 280 corridor, which boasts dozens of shopping and restaurant establishments
-5 minutes from the Summit
-12 minutes from downtown
-Walking distance to slice gourmet pizza, huge fitness facility, and Publix

Parking for 4-5 cars in the driveway. No parking on street in front of house or neighboring houses.
****NO PARTIES ALLOWED*** $1500 fine plus damages, as well as immediate removal, if this policy is violated.

-Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed.

-Parking ONLY allowed in the drieway--ABSOLUTELY no street parking allowed--no exceptions.

-ONLY 2 small HOUSE TRAINED dogs allowed. No dogs with heavy shedding allowed. You will be charged for damages or extra cleaning.

-Quiet hours after 10 pm--strictly enforced.

-We are not responsible for any injuries that occur on the trampoline. Children must be supervised at all times.

-Do NOT mess with or enter the buses on the premises unless you have special permission.

-Do not flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet, as property is on a septic system.

-Checkout procedures must be followed or guest will be charged an additional $100 fee.

Golf Group

Had a group of guys on a golf trip to play some of the local RTJ courses. Place was close enough to the courses and some other spots including grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants. Allowed us to be able to come back and walk to restaurants after long day on the course. The game room worked well for the group and while the home isn’t large it worked out just fine.

Great location

This house was so centrally located for our event. Back yard is a beautiful space. A few furniture items need some attention (living room coffee table and kitchen island). Just some wear and tear that needs to be addressed. Otherwise a great space.

Best Christmas Home Away From Home!

The home completely met our needs but was so much more! Located in the PERFECT place to visit with all family and friends, it was also close to the best coffee, restaurants, shopping, grocery, etc. The game room was unbelievable and EVERYONE ENJOYED it! There were plenty of beds for us all (8) and the house was stocked perfectly! So thankful we found it and we expect to book again in the future.

Family Reunion

I had thenchance to reunite with my cousin after 20+ years. Her husband and daughter were moving across country and visiting the area for one day. The hosts were great and the house was amazing. There was so much for us to do with the kids that we didnt have to go anywhere else. Publix was 2 minutes away, and Slice Pizza was delicious. Great house and great location!!!

Fun House

We really enjoyed our short weekend at Gentry Pines. My boys loved the swings, and the awesome game room. Rooms were nice, and beds really comfortable…enjoyed the house all the way around.

Perfect for bonding

This was the perfect place for what we needed for my team of basketball players. My girls had a blast playing games and bonding together. It was well stocked, great beds, great set up inside, awesome backyard, hot showers for everyone, room for all to eat, and a fun game room. I love the swings! We would love to stay here again sometime.
