"What a find. Right on Chichester Marina and Birdham pool Marina.
The area around was lovely in a private community.
The house was amazing , lovely presented ,comfy bedrooms, kitchen fully equipped.
We would definitely go again and recommend .
The only reason I have ticked a 4 for cleanliness was that there were a couple of things the oven door was stained obviously overlooked and a dirty cup in downstairs bathroom but apart from that no other issues.
Also we would have liked perhaps a small...

"Brilliant place to stay, being able to walk around and meet to the donkeys, alpacas and the goats was great for the kids. A very pet friendly property and I can’t wait to return and stay again"

"stayed one night, what a great place, everything was perfect, very close to the beach, really quiet at night, the owners provided fresh milk, orange juice, and some crisps, biscuits, and cereal. Loved the beach decor in the room, if I am ever back in the area will stay again."

"Property was very clean and had everything that we needed. It did have two bedrooms which would be OK if you had two adults and two small kids. Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out.
The location was great in Seaview, walking distance to the sea with some lovely eating places...
