House location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to center, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy.
Around the house is vast garden, and, next to the house is private parking , which is free of charge for the guests of the house. (PLEASE NOTE: We can offer private parking- one spot per apartment. For more parking places, you'll have to use street parking.) Property is located 10 minutes from the nearest pebble/sand each, by foot- that is beach by the camp "Rio". Beach "Plaža iza Banja" (pebble /concrete beach) - is 800 m away from house. House is 1000 m away from Sveti Filip i Jakov center, and 2600 m form Biograd na Moru city center. Within 2 km there is a gas station, bank, ferry bar. Neares airport is airport Zemunik, which is 20 km away from the property. It is possible to arrange airport shuttle (extra fee) .

Innerhalb von 2 km gibt es eine Tankstelle, eine Bank und eine Fährbar. In der Nähe des Flughafens befindet sich der Flughafen Zemunik, der 20 km von der Unterkunft entfernt liegt. Es ist möglich, einen Flughafentransfer zu arrangieren (gegen Gebühr).
Apartment is located on ground floor of the house, and , it contains two double bedrooms, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and balcony. Both rooms are equipped with large double bed. In the living room, there is double sofa bed. apartment can accomodate up to 6 people. Living room si equipped with smart TV and SAT TV. Bathroom is equipped with shower, toilette and wasching machine. apartment is air conditioned and eqipped with wi-fi. Apartment has separate entrance and garden view. Next to the house is private parking, which is free of charge for guests of the apartment. apartment is located on convenient location, just 10 min form beach, and 15 min form the village center, by foot.
