The 87 m² premium ground-floor apartment features a large, light-filled living area with an open, fully equipped kitchenette, two separate bedrooms—each with a double bed—a master bathroom with a shower, toilet, and whirlpool tub, as well as a guest restroom. Large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and bedrooms lead out to the spacious terrace of this modern apartment. Real wood parquet flooring in the living area and bedrooms creates a warm, cozy atmosphere.
