"This was a one night stay after a gig so the facilities were not required. However, everything was sufficient.
A very late booking, we cannot praise the process enough. It was super smooth and the 24 hour check-in is an absolute boon.
Would highly recommend."

"Third time booking this hotel. Always lovely, clean, warm (radiators are always on before you arrive so the room is lovely and warm to get easy in).
A lovely lady from concierge called me today to confirm my booking and ensure we had the details for the contactless check-in (access codes for the front door and key box) as we were due to arrive after she had left. Super friendly and welcoming.
Room is lovely and clean, large comfy bed, clean bathroom and shower and even a space for cooking...

"Value of the room is very good. The room is very clean. The breakfast is also well stocked in the room. Besides, the lady who showed us the room is very friendly and polite.
