"Great hotel right next to Lotte Mall. Room was quite small but modern and had a nice balcony with a view. The pool and gym are Ok but functional rather than 5*. The staff made us wait at checkout while they checked the room which felt a bit awkward."

"Overall impression of Sheraton is that the staff are amazing. I checked in very late in the morning yet the staff was polite and quick with the check-in process. When I checked out I had to rush to the airport to catch my plane and 'Rosie' picked up a taxi since the grab driver was asking to pay in cash when I didn't have any. And she even gave us a hanoi keyring as a small gift. I would definitely recommend this place!"
