Enjoy sand, sun, and relaxation in a unit located on the 4th floor in the only building ON THE BEACH in Biloxi, MS. Our home overlooks the Gulf of Mexico where you can enjoy the crash of the waves from the balcony. Take in the beautiful Mississippi Coast sunrises from the balcony off the living room or directly on the beach which is just a few steps from the building. Located conveniently along the Biloxi Boardwalk which allows access to eating, shopping and fun. The Treasure Bay Casino is across the street if you're interested in a delicious meal, playing the tables or wagering a few bets. Across the street from Big Play Entertainment, go karts, and minigolf. Lots of entertainment options just steps away!
Maybe you'd prefer to stay in and prepare a meal in the well stocked kitchen? Pots and pans, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, and toaster provided. Wi-Fi and Direct TV provide in home entertainment options. Workout in the gym and relax in the sauna both available on site! Two outdoor pools are located on the property one of which is heated in December, March and April.

Very nice and spacious property and would definitely stay there again. The board walk and amenities were also very nice. Only downside was the master shower walls needed to be cleaned. Didn't have any replacement toilet paper and only 2 bath towels per each bathroom so we had to wash them while we were there.

Beautifully decorated Condo! The ocean view is stunning. Can see the ocean view out of the master bedroom and living room.It was nice having a washing machine and dryer as well as a dishwasher! Enjoyed walking on the boardwalk each day. Would highly recommend to stay here to family and friends!

This condo was absolutely amazing! The view was incredible, and the condo looked exactly like the photos and description. We had four adults in our group, and there was plenty of space — the layout is very open and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made meals super convenient.The location couldn’t be better: right on the beach and the Biloxi Beach boardwalk, and within walking distance to a couple of restaurants, a casino, and a few souvenir shops. We also felt very safe in the gated complex, and both of our cars were able to park inside the secure area.The fitness center was a nice bonus — equipped with cardio machines, a few strength machines, and dumbbells, which was perfect for a quick workout.We actually ended up extending our stay by an extra night because we loved the condo so much. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful the entire time — quick to answer questions and available if we needed anything.Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Biloxi!

Great accommodations just as listed with all the things you need available for your stay. Lots of extra pillows which I loved, comfortable bed, and a relaxing atmosphere. You can literally walk out of parking garage straight onto boardwalk and beach. This makes those early morning and sunset walks easy to enjoy. We very much enjoyed our 5 day stay here.

Excellent communication

The condo was well stocked and conveniently located between Gulfport and Biloxi with many restaurants to choose from for all of our meals. From the time we booked our condo all the way through check out, the property manager was in communication with us and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

Nice condo, but concerns about disability accommodations

My mother, husband, daughter and 2 godchildren & I came to stay for a week. The condo was very nice with fun board games and other things on hand to enjoy in addition to the beach, the pool, and the beautiful view, (when too hot to be outside!) The beds were comfortable as was the sofa. Initially the communications with the manager were great; he was respectfully responsive and quickly helpful with onsite needs. However, when confusion & disagreement arose regarding my service dog-and whether she was just a pet-I was forced to board her, despite having registration proof and my consistent explanations when booking at Sea Breeze about my seizure alert dog and overall terminal condition. Despite the HOA allowing service dogs for guests, I was forced to spend money to send her to an unfamiliar place which left her filthy, and put my health at risk. Based on the quality of the condo itself, we would be likely to return, but this experience has made us take pause, and we booked elsewhere on a recent trip. It’s unfortunate that in this day and age, the full range of legally protected disability accommodation and support still requires so much greater education and understanding. VRBO customer service has been extremely helpful and understanding throughout and I’m thankful the entire experience wasn’t a disappointment.

Place was easy to find & easy to check into. Balcony faces the water and pool. Felt very safe. Security gates to prevent people frm wandering into the property off the street or beach. The condo itself was spacious & beautifully decorated. Will definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful location

The location on the beach is wonderful. Balcony over looks the small pool. I sat on balcony while family played in pool. Close enough to talk to them. Dishes in kitchen were all nice and skillet was not damaged which is rare to find. Only thing if you are used to coffee in a mug, bring your own. Coffee cups are very small. I would definitely rent again.

Family beach trip

If I could give a 10 star review I would. I have NEVER taken a trip with as wonderful accomodations as this and the owner was the absolute soul of courtesy. These are some of the best people we have ever interacted with and we WILL be back.
