"We stayed in the platinum suite, we booked 2 rooms, when we checked in only one room was ready, they called us when the other room was ready but we had to wait in line again and by that time it was extremely long and it was annoying I feel they should make a special line for those types of situations. ..."

"The room had not been cleaned well. The shower was a small old tub/shower combo with a glass wall instead of a shower curtain but it only opened on one side and you had to get in to turn the water on and the shower had a constant drip. They do not clean your rooms during your stay but you can call ..."
