Very dated with chipped paint in room, uncomfortable bed. No plugs near bed, no tissues in room. The checkin area looked good- it deteriorated as soon as you went up to the 2nd floor! Swimming pool closed after 4pm so no use to people working

Room was fine. Just thought a few areas were lacking. Pool use with the kids time not communicated well. Ordered out as if I knew what the times were. I just didn't get friendly vibes from certain staff there. Although there were some who were great. Paid to eat in the restaurant. Pricey and but ...

Mercure Manchester Norton Grange Hotel & Spa

Room was lovely and clean the one thing i found though the light that comes on when leaving the room does not come on straight away and takes a couple of minutes to come on which could be very dangerous
